I tell her I'm here to pickup my order and says she doesn't have any order. I go to show her my phone and she keeps insisting there is no order- I try to show her and she refuses to look at my phone and says you think I don't know how to look- we don't use any other service than uber and grub- I tell her- still very nicely -ma'am I always place an order this way and show her again- she takes a glimpse and continues to say I don't have your order and starts speaking in English- which I don't mind- and says- I have lawyers who know what I use and you need to figure out where you paid and figure it out. She then a proceeds to walk to the kitchen area (about a ft away) and pulls the door behind here- I stay standing there in shock! Like what the heck is wrong with this lady? I am not asking for free food- it's an almost $150 order- I just want to feed my family what I bought- and she tells me to just leave. Like woman- I am not being rude- she could've easily handled differently or checked her order links again- but no today you decide to be an ass hole. I left with my son and almost 20 min out and I get a call from grub hub customer service asking if I still want my order- I proceeded to ask if she called that she found it and he said yes- I said no- never ordering again I want a refund. Had to then call a 1800 number- they called the restaurant and got my order refunded. Lesson- don't be a bitch to a paying customer- be nice- try to work something out. The tamales were almost like Mexican style, not the dreamy soft Salvadoran style. The Mondongo is a nice stew, but under seasoned and lacked salt and herbs and the levels of collagen that marks this wonderful stew at its finest. The pupusas were the only thing that rose to a good level, still lacking salt and the curtido was underwhelming, again lacking the levels needed of oregano, salt and other ingredients to make it great.
