At 5:15pm when I went in to pick up the cake they said it hadn't been made and wouldn't be ready until 12:30 the following day. It's my son's 18th birthday...a huge milestone!! And they couldn't explain why it wasn't ready. Disappointed doesn't even begin to cover it.
