This is my "I made a Yelp account" event. What follows is the email exchange between me and their staff after. Me: Ordered curbside. They lost my ID inside, I waited over half an hour for it to be found, all the while staff insisted I should drive away so I could wait hours or days for them to be able to review footage to locate my ID. Was offered an edible, prerolls, or flower for my trouble; I asked for flower. Was given prerolls. The review form that was texted to me is broken. Screenshots attached. Them: Hello, thank you for reaching out to us. I was made aware that your ID was returned. We do apologize for the inconvenience however, it was a very rare accident as your ID had fallen through a crevice in-between our shelves that are very hard to move. As for the compensation that was given, we do consider pre-rolls to be flower since that's what they contain. Again, we do apologize for any inconvenience today, we do hope you choose to shop with us again in the future since you do still have your second First Time Special discount. We promise it will be a smoother experience! Thank you! Me: "we do consider pre-rolls to be flower since that's what they contain." This is a bad take since A) no, prerolls are not flower even if they contain flower B) pre-rolls were offered as a separate option from flower, because A. If I really cared I would have objected, but I just wanted to get out of there. This justification of yours is pretty tone deaf. "We promise it will be a smoother experience!" I'm sure this exact event would not likely occur twice in a row. However if it wasn't clear I won't be coming back I don't know what to tell you. read more

This was my first time going into a dispensary, I chose this one based on the great reviews & five stars on yelp they got. I was very pleased and happy with the service, The young girl Esmeralda help me tremendously I am not too savvy on all these products I needed to get something for my son to make him sleep better at night and for his severe back pain after a major accident he had. I prefer these products then have the doctor Prescribed him opioid's medication that will cause more harm.
