Esthetician did not put anything under my knees so by the end of the hour on that flat table both my friends and my backs were killing us. Room was freezing cold, no warm blankets. No extractions, just a basic face cleaning with a polishing. A bit of a face, neck and shoulder massage but not nearly what I've received with other facials at other spas. A short hand and arm massage as well. No head massage either which I have had with other facials at other locations. The whole time I was getting my facial I could hear the stylists above us talking loudly. The esthetician had nice music playing but periodically a commerical would play ruining the whole feeling of calm. I feel like the esthetician probably had decent training by the way she was applying the cleansers and creams to my face and she was pleasant but with all the facials I've had in my lifetime, this was honestly the worst one. I would not return or recommend unless this is your first facial and have nothing to compare it to.
