As time went on, he became very distant in his communication, seeming to resent having to explain things to me. Although he did secure me compensation for one lawsuit, there were no mentions of the second and so I sent four follow-up messages to find out what was happening. Today I finally found one page that was sent in a thick packet to me months ago that stated that they would not be representing me in the second case. It's my fault for not reading the entirety of the legal documents. But I am disappointed in the spotty communication with Robert and this staff, especially since we knew each other personally and also since there is a year-long statute of limitations on the case that I almost missed. In my eyes, informing me of this when I first asked in December/January would have taken just a thirty second e-mail.

not respectful of your time.... i had an 11am appointment scheduled over a month in advance. showed…read moreup, and apparently the client before came late so that meant they're running late the rest of the day? nobody called to tell me... it's 12:30pm now and i still haven't been seen. i have things to do today that i will now be late for as a result... not cool. mind you, this was an appointment just to pick up a check, not even to meet with the lawyer. it shouldn't take over an hour and a half to be seen to get my check... the office has very bad communication skills, you need to hound them for updates on your case instead of them just providing it. super disappointed, don't think i would work with them again. my case did settle out, but almost 2 years later. for a motor vehicle accident i was the passenger in (total loss). but they super low balled me, and told me a number that i was supposed to get and then when i come for the check, they say i get 33% less than the amount they promised, thousands less than i was supposed to get. i hate this place!!! never coming back!!!! do not do business here.
