He wrote: Mike H: I am informed you were instructed to write this review by Jeffrey I. Pheffer attorney at law. You were never my client. My clients were from Vietnam and you have a Japanese name. If you don't remove the review I am going to file a lawsuit against both you and Jeffrey I. Pheffer. I replied, on her account: Fuyuki S: Actually, this is my girlfriend's account and I'm the one who wrote the review. And yes, I was your client. So, now, I am back to expand on the previous review I wrote. This was my previous review as Fuyuki S.: "Horrible. Would give 0 stars if I could. We came to them with a case against our insurance after they offered amounts to pay for suffering and damges. He sent 1 letter to the insurance company and claimed they wouldn't negotiate further. After lawyer's fees, we would've gotten LESS than what we would've gotten without his lazy ass. We went to another lawyer to actually get us the amount we deserved. We ended up getting at least 50% more per person after lawyer's fees. Then this guy had the audacity to contact our lawyer demanding his "fair share" of the money, which is nothing for his shitty service. Don't bother with them." So it all started in July 2011. We were involved in a hit-and-run accident. We went to our usual chiropractor and told her that our insurance wasn't paying out enough for our damages and that we wanted to get a lawyer to get our fair compensation. She recommended this firm. So, we came to this firm and met with David. We showed him the settlement amount letters for myself, my mother, and my sister. He told us he could get us more. So we agreed to bring him on. Later, he tells us that our insurance (Mercury) had responded and to come in to get the new amounts. So we came in and we were told the amounts. The new amounts that David got were "more" than the original letter, but after lawyer's fees, we would be getting less than what we would have gotten without his services. He told us he sent a letter and that he couldn't get a hold of them through telephone. He told us that Mercury is cheap and that is all we would get from them. So, we decided to get another lawyer, one who would get us more money after lawyer's fees. This new lawyer got everyone much more money than what David had gotten in his attempt. In my mother's case, he got the insurance to pay out almost 4 times as much as the initial letter. The case was settled in our minds. However, after calling my lawyer regarding other information, he told me that David had been calling and asking for his "fair share" of the money. I don't know what happened between the two of them afterwards. Now, come to 2014 and Yelp has become a big thing for reviewing companies and their services. I remembered back to the services I received from David Yadidi and decided to leave a review, letting future consumers know of his practices. My lawyer, Jeffry Pheffer, did not instruct me to do anything as we were not even in contact unless I needed his services. read more

I called about a week ago for a consultation and spoke to someone who said they'll have an attorney call me back by the following day. No one called. I called two days later and asked why I hadn't heard from anyone. They scheduled me for six days after the initial phone call. I walked in to a dim little waiting room that barely had a light on. A window was open with no secretary behind it, or a seat that would indicate that one works there. There was a door. I opened it to see if I'm at the right place. A Persian guy with curly hair walked out of his office and very rudely told me to step back and stand behind the door without even a greeting. I'm a girl who's 5'2. I highly doubt he has any reason to feel threatened. Therefore I can only think you're a rude and disrespectful person. Not only had they not scheduled me in, he didn't even know what I was talking about. Obviously this is a new firm, and the guy has just passed his bar exam recently. Just from the initial impression I would highly suggest you stay away from this firm. The unwelcoming and scary looking waiting room, the lack of a secretary or any sort of office management, and finally an attorney who treats clientele as a security threat for stepping into their hallway should shut the place down and look for a new line of work. My suggestion would be a used car dealership, or a dollar store. read more

I can't express how wonderful Mr. Yadidi and his staff have been. If i could give him 10 stars I would. I was involved in a motorcycle accident. Luckily I didn't break any bones in my body, but the headaches and soreness I had was extremely painful to move. I tried dealing with the insurance company myself. They tell you in the beginning 33% contingency fee then spike it up to 45% after the settlement without notifying you. I read it in the payment breakdown. I left a message regarding a check that was mailed to them and they left me a message stating no check was received when I know it was so I called back and they changed their story. Poor communication during the case is open but excellent communication after the case settles. They even asked me to give a Yelp review! I was told I'm "lucky" to "almost" be getting 50% of the settlement. This was a car accident lawsuit in which the other party was 100% at fault as stated on the police report.
