They bring out a paper-menu and a pencil, you simply fill in how many orders you want, Trompo tacos are singles, though. Been eating here since I can remember, not much has changed inside. And the food is just stellar every time. Trompo is super tender and full of flavor, authentic. Red salsa and limes are a must. I also order the "Bistec con Queso" a sort of Philly-cheese taco without the peppers. It is phenomenal! Seasoning on point, cheese is rich and creamy. And the tortilla is the star of the show, honestly. You can put any meat on those tortillas and you'll have a beautiful taco. Can't wait to stop by again on my next vacation, maybe in the summer, God willing.

With not wanting to miss out on any specific specialty taco, I decided to go with their Sampler Plus and boy was I happy to do that. Decided to do two Tacos El Plebe, Taco el Rojo, El de Asada, and Taco El Compa. If I had to choose, the Taco El Plebe had the edge but none of these disappointed. The sauces were on point and for the first time in a while, I felt that great kick but not over bearing. The grilled onions was just the cherry on top of tacos. And Tuesdays seems to be free cup of Frijoles Mamalones I was happy to be trying this place on a Tuesday, it did not disappoint but I was feeling it. I had to opt out of trying any desserts, but that just means I'll have to be back. The tacos - an El Rojo Quesadilla; El de Asada Quesidilla; shrimp; El Plebe; and chicken with sautéed pineapple. The corn tortillas were perfect - not too dry and not too moist. Now - I'm not a corn tortilla fan, but these were perfect! Each of the meats was perfectly prepared and flavored. Every bite was a treat. I have never had a shrimp taco stuffed with so many shrimp - seriously!
