The sauces were on point and for the first time in a while, I felt that great kick but not over bearing. The grilled onions was just the cherry on top of tacos. The salsas all had really good flavor - each was different but great and each had some heat. I am totally a salsa snob - I admit it. These were on par with the rest of the meal - great! The tacos - an El Rojo Quesadilla; El de Asada Quesidilla; shrimp; El Plebe; and chicken with sautéed pineapple. The corn tortillas were perfect - not too dry and not too moist. Now - I'm not a corn tortilla fan, but these were perfect! Each of the meats was perfectly prepared and flavored. Every bite was a treat. I have never had a shrimp taco stuffed with so many shrimp - seriously! I was skeptical about the chicken and pineapple because, I don't like pineapple on food but I was pleasantly surprised that the flavors really worked! Our dinner was great. Great atmosphere.
