I pulled the pins and cards out of my fence and called the number on the card. After confirming that the person I was speaking to was Richard, I asked him in a friendly voice to please not do that in the future. RICHARD in a arrogant tone stated, "YOU ARE BOTHERED BY FIVE BUSINESS CARDS ON YOUR FENCE!" I responded, "This is our property not yours, why do you think you are intitled to an attitude?" We are satisfied with the work, thus far (will update if anything comes up). The only thing that was a real bummer was a floor tile that was broken during the demo. And since we didn't have any extras, had to be epoxied back together. Luckily, it's not in a place where people will see it.

The door was cut too small on the with…read more I specifically cautioned him to take the old door and put on top of the new door to draw the width line, sure he didn't, I know they are supposed to use the measuring tape. He had a heavy smell of alcohol but I trusted he could do the job. When I went to see what was going on after few minutes, he had cut it short and on an angle. I complained, he said he has another door at home he could bring in in 20 min and replace that one. Well, he didn't come back, didn't answer the phone nor my text messages. He then recorded a message that his phone was lost. B.S., I called minutes lather, his girlfriend answered, said he left the phone in the car and went ride his motorcycle, she was driving the car back when the phone rang.
