Have used Bozarth twice. The 1st time was re-keying 22 locks our our home. This most recent time I had all locks re-keyed on one of our rentals. Our house was burglarized and I needed the locks changed ASAP. Josh answered the phone and agreed to come out today, but said it might be after 5. He called at 1:30 and arranged to be at my house at 2:30. He requested I have ID and proof of ownership of the house available for him to look at and I very much appreciated this attention to detail. It makes me feel safer to know that a stranger can't just call a locksmith and have them change the locks on my house. Josh was pleasant and professional and very speedy! My truck was broken into and my purse was stolen. My purse had my house key along with my mom's house key, both addresses where also written somewhere in my wallet. Josh came out the same day we called and rekeyed both my house and my mom's house. He was quick and efficient. It took him around 30 minutes per residence to rekey 8/9 locks per house as well as an electric keypad deadbolt. I hope I don't ever need a locksmith again, but if I do now know who to call. Got locked out in the middle of moving with a load of stuff to offload. It was a Saturday and Bozarth was the only company that answered the phone (though they all boast 24 hour service). Told him the situation, he said he'd be here in 30 minutes. 29 minutes later, the van arrived. 10 minutes or less after he arrived, including jumping tall fences in a single bound, I was back in! He wasn't wearing a cape, but he saved the day! For that level of service and professionalism, I'd have paid double! Highly recommended! Highly recommend using Bozarth locksmith. Needed to have door handles and deadbolts replaced; called looking for a quote and next steps. During the conversation, I was advised on the best type of locks/ door handles to purchase along with an estimate of installation. I purchased the equipment and called back to set up appointment. Bozarth is the best. Jim answers his phone. He's prompt and very informative. My older model car was broken into and while trying to steal it, the thieves screwed up the ignition lock cylinder. Jim came right out and was able to come up with a plan that got me back into my car without having to try to replace the discontinued cylinder lock. read more

Worked for a long time to correct the problem - and twice took it back off after I thought it was fine. They obviously know their stuff, were very professional and nice.
