Not only does this have to be hands down the best locksmith in the state, this is one of the best business practices I've ever experienced. Calls answered or returned immediately, available 24 hours, faster than lightning! The owner, Chris Percival, friendly, trustworthy and dependable has skills worthy of America's got Talent!! I still am in awe of what this sweet humble man can do and so glad he is one of the good guys! No other locksmith in town would take on "The Schlage," toughest German lock on the market, the lock of the locksmiths, with a personal code, locked with a dead battery! They said that this lock could not be picked or duplicated and that I would probably have to tear the door down!! Neither Google or Youtube had a solution, I even asked my son, who has a lock pick kit and can open any combination lock, he couldn't do it. Chris came over at 4:40pm and I had already given up my plans for the evening or any hope of making it to the bank by 5:00 as I thought I would would be here for at least 2 hours and was already shopping online for replacement doors at Home Depot.
