We went to La Môme for our nicer dinner while in Cannes and overall had a good experience, even if the food itself didn't totally wow me. The restaurant is beautiful and definitely has that upscale Cannes energy people probably look for when visiting. Also have to give credit to the staff because the service was genuinely excellent. There were a ton of people working and everyone was friendly, attentive, and happy to help without feeling overbearing. The food also came out surprisingly fast which was appreciated. We tried the truffle pita with truffle cream and parmesan along with the lobster linguine with creamy bisque. Everything was good and well prepared, but personally I just didn't leave thinking about the dishes afterward. The place to see and be seen in Cannes - truly is the vibe of summer in the French Riviera. This is a place you will want a reservation and your designer clothes. Everyone is decked out in Cannes fashion here and you will see ladies in lovely white dresses with beautiful Hermes bags. If this is not the scene you're looking for, then your money is best spent somewhere else - because La Mome is a dining scene with good food, it's not the best restaurant in Cannes and it's certainly not a good value! I loved the vibes and I'd definitely come back again depending on the crowd I'm dining with - the salmon carpaccio was stellar, but pricey at 85 euros and the lamb was fine, though also pricey at 45 Euros for two chops. We had a terrible experience at La Mome Cannes!! We made a reservation for a group at Le Môme Cannes and even paid the required deposit well in advance. Upon arrival, we were unexpectedly denied seating despite having a confirmed booking. The staff offered no reasonable explanation or attempt to resolve the situation, leaving our entire group stranded. What made the experience especially upsetting was the way we were treated. The interaction felt dismissive and disrespectful. Whether intentional or not, that is how the experience came across to everyone in our group. A restaurant of this reputation should treat every guest with professionalism and respect, especially those who have honoured their reservation requirements. Instead, we were embarrassed, inconvenienced, and left scrambling to find another place that could accommodate a group at a short notice. I sincerely hope the management investigates what happened and ensures that no other guests have to go through a similar experience read more

The food was good but service was lack luster. The manager tried to make it better and he did to his credit but still honestly didn't make up for it. Took over 45 minutes to get seated when we had reservations and then had to basically beg to get a menu. All things considered the atmosphere was fun and my wife and I had a good time but it could be better. 3/5 was for the recovery of the staff and the food. I would advise getting an early reservation to avoid these issues. read more

Hostess was really rude and said she didn't like the style of our clothes even though we did follow their dress code. She just "didn't like the style". Sorry Ralph Lauren clothes weren't enough. She took us on the side to "closer inspect our outfits " and asked for 100 euro in exchange for a table. Paying on top of already feeling humiliated wasn't worth it to us. Not sure why management allows this type of behavior we were ready to spend money for food and drinks but to pay extra just to get in is ridiculous. read more

Absolutely disgusting experience. We came here excited to eat, and instead we were treated like garbage. They refused to let us in because apparently we "didn't look old enough" -- even though we are perfectly capable adults -- and on top of that, they told us we couldn't come in without a man with us. What kind of backwards, sexist nonsense is that? It's 2025, not the dark ages. The staff was rude, dismissive, and made us feel humiliated for absolutely no reason. This place clearly has zero respect for women or customers in general. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Save your money, save your dignity, and go literally anywhere else. read more

When you come to the French Riviera and ask, where is the hot spot for dinner and to be seen, the answer inevitably will be La Mome. Our dining experience was good. Food was well prepared and good. The ambiance was alive and electric. Lots and lots of pretty people. The music was spot on. In fact I found myself making a playlist for future listening. La Mome is a must see and do when you go to France. So why 4 stars. Only one reason. Time. Everything took way to long. Very hard to get drinks and the service, although she was very nice and running around like crazy, very slow. Almost understaffed I think. For a night out with friends, to people watch or to impress your somebody, La Mome is where it's at. read more

Walked onto this gem accidentally in Cannes. Street is packed with dinner tables from numerous restaurants, both this block and next to it. Walked up to the hostess and asked for a table for two outside on a Wednesday night in July. He almost laughed at us but he kept his cool. He then saw we were from out of town and I'm guessing he took pity on us. Got a gorgeous table... right outside and able to people watch. Food.. delicieux can't go wrong. Ambience.. trendy... bring your A game. Price... depending on your trust fund... you'll need a stack of hundreds or a black A/X. Either way you look at it... it's a great evening packed with goodness. Everyone is very well dressed so try not to go Casual. There was live music so that made it extra fun. Aside from the long wait between the starter and the main dish we had a great time. this is a lively place. 'Everyone is there to have a good time. We all ordered different dishes. I would say they would take a star off for their food. I order the burrata for my starter with tomatoes. And mushroom risotto for my main. The mushrooms were shaved on top of the risotto, but very chewy to eat. The ceviche everyone else got for their starter said it was good but was on the spicy side. Staff is incredibly rude. Came here around noon while vacationing in Cannes with a friend for two cappuccinos and croissants. The restaurant was not busy at the time and there were only about 3 other tables occupied. The manager came over the table and told us that if she needs our table she will kick us out because we weren't ordering meals (mind you - there were about 40 other open tables at the time and numerous other people only drinking cappuccinos). Over rated, loud, over priced and over crowded. You wait hours for your food and it comes cold. If you're American you also get hosed with a tip. The server hears you speaking English and asks you if you want to leave a tip, you feel embarrassed and obliged to leave one. Tips are not a must in France!!!! The service is included on your bill already. My friend had to leave a 250euros tip, because the server caught him off guard! Not a good business practice to prey on tourists. read more

I first tried La Mome when it had just opened in 2015 or 2016. The food is delicious, the place is beautiful and the ambiance is great! Went back in 2017 and 2019 and now it's bigger than ever! They've expanded so much and now it is one of the top restaurants with trendy vibes. A must visit if you like being in a fun scene. read more
