The hospital is near and so is shopping at HEB and an elementary school that I went to as a kid....Treasure Hills Elementary. This place is right for any size family. Never mind that my family has been staying here for twenty years and this is the first year it's ever been a problem, no matter the day of the week. The office should always have access to the housekeeping supplies at any place with an open office to serve its patrons; at any multi-unit hotel or complex I've ever stayed, this is the most basic of service offerings. The staff was very attentive to our inquiries. The negatives that I found were: (I) it seems that our condo was last updated in the 1990s, especially the kitchen and bathroom fixtures; (II) the hallway leading from the living room to the bedrooms was mirrored, the positioning of the light switches and their fixtures were definite headscratchers; and (III) the unit had (4) mounted TVs (each with their own (2) respective remotes -- some of the TVs operated with only one remote but some needed two. The condo provided a covered parking garage for residents | guests, greenspace, and swimming pool area with hot tubs.

The swimming pool is cleaned every morning and it was one of the cleanest pools I've been in, such a nice pool I loved it. Location is great, with just a little walk on the path boom you're at the beach. When you come back they have a water and shower at gate to wash off sand and your items.
