Never mind that my family has been staying here for twenty years and this is the first year it's ever been a problem, no matter the day of the week. The office should always have access to the housekeeping supplies at any place with an open office to serve its patrons; at any multi-unit hotel or complex I've ever stayed, this is the most basic of service offerings. From our 22nd floor room, the Bridgepoint condos offer beautiful views of the South Padre beachline on one side and the Queen Isabella Memorial Causeway on the other. The staff was very attentive to our inquiries. The negatives that I found were: (I) it seems that our condo was last updated in the 1990s, especially the kitchen and bathroom fixtures; (II) the hallway leading from the living room to the bedrooms was mirrored, the positioning of the light switches and their fixtures were definite headscratchers; and (III) the unit had (4) mounted TVs (each with their own (2) respective remotes -- some of the TVs operated with only one remote but some needed two. The condo provided a covered parking garage for residents | guests, greenspace, and swimming pool area with hot tubs.

Geez Louise! We called in advance earlier that day letting them know that we would be arriving after 6pm. They assured us that this would not be a problem. Once we arrived the place was closed, no lights, no anything; there was a buzzer out front which I'm not sure even worked and a couple of phone numbers to call...one was disconnected and the other rang and rang. After about 20 minutes of calling this phone number someone finally picked up and agreed to meet us at the office in 2 hours!! Are you serious 2 hours?!? The entire Island is only about 3 miles long and 200 yards wide! And you need 2 hours!?! This is supposed to be property leasing company that caters to the customer, right?? Obviously NOT! TOWEL & LINENS Services: If you want new towels and linens you have to drive to the office within the hours allotted for pickup. Almost every other condominium on South Padre Island that we've ever stayed at, has onsite the towels and linens turn-in, but not with this leasing company. With them you have to drive to their office in order to replace your towels and linens. RIDICULOUSNESS! But they were Clean. In addition, the address to the office is incorrect. Your GPS will take you to another condominium a few blocks over. So be sure to get exact instructions over the phone on how to get to the office if you choose to use this leasing company. I WILL NOT EVER BOOK A CONDO USING THIS COMPANY! NEVER AGAIN!! And I DO NOT recommend it to anyone else.

Have to say by the looks on the outside of this place does not do justice! This is a great little…read morecondo and the keeper is always walking around and if you need something always there to help. The swimming pool is cleaned every morning and it was one of the cleanest pools I've been in, such a nice pool I loved it. Location is great, with just a little walk on the path boom you're at the beach. When you come back they have a water and shower at gate to wash off sand and your items. Wish I could've had more time here. Awesome place!!
