There were also about 15 people behind us who had been waiting just as patiently. We understand that the employees appeared to be elderly, and we appreciate anyone who is willing to work. However, it's clear they need more staffing or better organization to handle the demand. Waiting over two hours only to be turned away right before our turn was incredibly unfair and unprofessional. What made the experience even more disappointing was the lack of communication. There was no apology or announcement to everyone waiting in line. Instead, the customer in front of us was asked to tell us that we could "come back tomorrow at 10 a.m." if we wanted. After investing two hours of our evening, that was frustrating and dismissive. As we were leaving, we noticed the people behind us were also upset and questioning the staff at the window. Rather than addressing the situation, the staff turned off the lights and closed the metal gate, leaving everyone outside without any explanation. It's unfortunate because we were looking forward to trying the ice cream after awaiting their opening this year, but the poor organization and lack of respect for customers' time completely overshadowed the experience. We will no longer be returning.

Mobile App: I highly recommend downloading the Xurro mobile app and placing your order that way or placing your order by phone. I usually order through their mobile app to make sure my points are in my account and can get discounts on future purchases. When you order online, the allotted time they give you is it will be ready in about an hour. I usually order ahead of time so but the time I get there, it's ready with little to no wait. I'm not sure how long it takes when you place an order right then and there, especially during busy hours, but I can only imagine. Food/Drink Items: There are many delicious options to choose from although churros are their speciality, they also have coffee, ice cream, etc. I feel old school for saying this or maybe this is just an old school flavor, but I find it hard to find establishments that have Superman ice cream. I finally got around to check out this cool little ice cream parlor. It was the weekend and it was busy. The line was long but was moving fairly quick. While waiting I took a glance of the different flavors they had to offer. I decided to go with strawberry and chocolate chip cookie dough. At the counter they take your order and then you have to wait until your name is called. The scoops are the perfect size. The flavors were delicious probably some of the best ice cream I have had in a while. I think next time I come back I will be ordering the strawberry cheesecake and vanilla. The location is not hard to miss it is on a corner, it is a mission to get there but totally worth the drive. The interior of the parlor is so cute, the decorations, and the overall atmosphere. There is seating outside available. The parking situation is good too even if its busy. The staff was patient and kind while taking care of the customers. I will highly recommend this and all it's other locations Best Hispanic food / snacks I have ever tasted. The management here is outstanding. As their employees are respectful and friendly. I been going to different types of Michoacana's and let me tell you this is not a true michoacana. They don't even have a Monster preparado or Fresas con Crema. Two hot selling items imo in the summer time imo. Also the girl there attending the customer was very rude and on her cellphone. I would never go here again. I was waiting a while before anyone would help me, but yet they were helping people as they walked in the door. Even my kids started to ask why they weren't helping us. I don't know if it was because I was the only white person in there, but it sure seem that way. I will definitely take my business where it is welcomed. read more

I recently found out about this place and i have been looking for something near the suburbs with Mexican corn. Finally i found it! They sell the best stuff and ice cream, and i really like the hot chips and cheese too. Only recommendation would be to stay open later! read more
