Another must when we are In town. Can't skip the Elotes and aguas frescas. I find the aguas less sweet than other places but that's a good thing in my opinion, my kids... not so much. My daughter absolutely loves their churros. Will definitely be back here when in town

    Mangonada $5

Tbh not worth it coming here! Paid $10 for a mangonada with no actual slices of mango and an Agua Fresca. Each item was $5/each. Any other raspado places when you pay $5 you get some actual fruit!! But at this place, not even one slice of mango. Go somewhere else if you're craving raspado. The Agua Fresca was kinda warm too 1/10 - wouldn't recommend this place.

I have passed by this place countless times. I finally got the chance to stop in today. Truly an El Paso spot. You walk in and feel it. It's a blend of America, Mexico and more. The walls are a loud green with superheros murals outside and framed Mexican art inside. You can get tortas, hotdogs, ice cream, papa's locas, fresas con crema, churros and so much more. There are abandoned unplugged freezers and other equipment on one side of the restaurant. Evidence of a bustling business. The food was good, the aguas frescas superb but the best part? The best part was how everyone there, whether walking in or sitting at the next booth seem to immediately be your friend. You are greeted by everyone who enters who passes you and before you know it, engrossed in conversation. Like I said, truly El Paso spot. We will be back whenever we need a treat, antojitos or friendly conversation.

Corn in a cup was basically soup with too much butter. Tall slim lady had a bad attitude when I tried returning the corn in a cup (soup). She didn't want to attend me so he had the cashier help me. First and last time I visit. I honestly don't do reviews but I had to on this one. This was horrific

There is hair inside a mangoneada so disgusting

So I bought a mangoneadas and there was hair and it was so disgusting you can actually see the hair I don't know it's human hair or it's animal hair is just so disgusting to at least eat it I don't think it's right for them to have a hair in side the food and please check your food before you eat it

The corn is so watery. So nasty I threw it away. The horchata was pretty good though.

You can also customize you if you prefer. I got the fudge brownie bliss and they were generous with the brownies (my favorite part). Caliche's design feels retro, there is no indoor seating but the cold treat can be enjoyed in your vehicle or standing in the shade. The employees were quick and nice. I would appreciate if they could take your order and deliver your treat to and from your car.

We rolled up on a hot night and left with sticky fingers, happy hearts, and absolutely no regrets. I ordered the Mango Dango with pistachios and added green chile (yes, chile on dessert--trust me). It was the perfect combo of creamy, spicy, tangy, and sweet. That frozen custard is so silky it should come with a warning label. And the chile? Just enough heat to remind you you're in New Mexico. We also got The Gizmo, and it lived up to the name--layers of fudge, caramel, salted pecans, and whipped cream madness. So yummy! If you're passing through Las Cruces, skip the chain spots and find your way to Caliche's. Your tastebuds will thank you.

The guy working was super friendly and fun to talk to while he made my coffee and heated up my breakfast sandwich. I'd go back just for the vibes! The coffee was great; I had the brown sugar latte. I also had the breakfast sandwich - I do hope they will look at other options because the sandwich was the Jimmy Dean breakfast croissant. I am glad it was toasted and not just microwaved, but some fresher breakfast options would be nice! It'll be nice to see what other options are coming like the sign suggests! If you're in the area and want to try a local coffee spot, I recommend this location! Hope they get more Yelp reviews. They use/promote google reviews more though!

I waited a few minutes and then she came out and took my order. The coffee and croissant was okay, but nothing special. It was a premade chocolate croissant she microwaved and a Spanish latte. She then proceeded to go back to hiding in the back. A few customers came in and waited to be served, then left. I was the only person sitting in the front so someone even asked me if I worked here, to which I said "the employee is in the back." The decoration and interior was very pretty, it's a shame not a lot of people enjoyed it because they left before they could be served.
