Although they were not sure what to do with my prosthetic at first,they cleaned and painted my toes. I also got my gel nails done and again and great massage and great service. Can't review their work because they never did any. Went in at 2:30, only two people working on two clients and a third who told me they can do a Mani if I come back at 3:15. I came back at 3:10, now suddenly there are five employees working on five clients. I was told to sit down and pick out at color at 3:15. I sat there for 30 minutes, never being acknowledged once. When I got up to leave at 3:45 they said. "Five more minutes." It's pretty rude to ask someone to come back after forty five minutes when you close at 4 and intend to start you around 3:50/3:55. Took a hard pass on being seen after an hour and a half waiting when I clearly was not important to any of the staff. Don't go here if you wanted to be treated like you exist. read more

Have been here 3 times and usually walk in. It's hit or miss. I've had 3 different women - the first two slayed. This 3rd time my experience wasn't so great. She seemed distracted, constantly getting up to help other people, take calls, make appointments, etc. Very little attention to detail. Left with bubbles on some of my nails, some shapes are uneven. Very sweet lady but a very very subpar manicure. Also, it's not very clean. Nail dust everywhere, they don't appear to clean desk/tools between clients. I'm here on a business trip and decided to treat my self. Went in for a regular pedicure and a change of polish for my nails. It turned out all bubbly and the polish was streaking and uneven. Came in again today to get the polish redone on both my hands and feet. Still has bubbles and the polish is not evenly distributed.... The nail tech tried to tell me it was my nails.. how does ones nails cause bubbles on polish? Only gave two stars because she re did them but not happily and not well. So I have been here a few times for a pedicure and it's been decent. This last time which will now be my last they seemed rude. Complaining if someone else had a small nail complaint but this time I was so rushed the entire pedicure was done in 18 minutes and she kept getting up (5x) to do other things. I was a walk-in. I wanted to have a girls day with my best friend. Lady was very pushy about getting gel and was rude. She made comments about my hands when putting tips on. Acrylic was so thin and she rushed the whole process. Acrylic chipped the day i got them done. I asked for oval and got almond. Didn't show us regular nail polish and said they only had the color I wanted in gel. Then when i said i was just going to leave and to have a nice day and i was sorry, she showed me more regular colors. Obviously she just wanted me to pay extra. Clearly they were too busy to do what I asked. My nails are thick and crusty looking. They're not straight and they're not even close to what I asked for. I asked for designs on every finger and she asked if 2 fingers were okay I even told her she could take this set off and give me a new set because the color I wanted was kindof a sheer nude and I have blue ombré powder underneath. Instead she made my nails bubble gum pink and guess what? You can still see the blue underneath. They look nothing like the picture I showed her of what I wanted. read more

Went in for a fill two days ago. When I got home I noticed the sides of my nails were sharp feeling and the acrylic was not fully covering my nails, leaving my nail on the sides exposed. Here we are two days later and 4 of my nails are already lifting due to nails not being fully covered and acrylic being applied very thinly. I now have to go get them recovered elsewhere. It's too bad because the shape of my nails is perfect , very pretty. But I don't just pay for pretty I pay for them to be done properly. I cannot wait two weeks as water will seep in under the acrylic and cause an infection. So disappointing . read more

No greeting or acknowledgement upon entering. Why are your doors open if you're just going to be cold to customers? I called and was told to come by 6:30 which I did. Nail tech was disgruntled and didn't want to do the refill. I Opted to have my one nail fixed because i was so uncomfortable. Nails were rushed as expected. There's also the option to "immediately" tell the customer to leave if you're busy. Not after making them wait 30mins before saying a word. Regardless of how polite I tried to be while waiting in their unkempt dumpy mess of an establishment, they remained unprofessional through it all. There's a closed sign and a door that can be shut. INCOMPETENT AT GLITTER POLISH. WRECKED MY ACRYLIC. I get glitter polish frequently and have had it done at several different salons (often the same brand of polish). This salon could NOT do it right. Sometimes it requires a specific technique for the glitter to completely cover the nail or more than 2 coats. Their samples for the polish were saturated with the glitter polish, but they could not replicate it. They tried with 2 different polishes (which I've had applied correctly at other salons). I asked if they could do multiple coats and they said no. They offered a base color in a solid polish that didn't even match. I ended up leaving without any polish at all because I was so frustrated. It's good that I did, because when I got home I noticed they filed the acrylic down to the point it was chipping (and I had them done pretty thick previously). I'll be getting that nail fixed and polish done at a different salon. Worst experience I've EVER had at a nail salon. read more

She takes you at your appointment time ALWAYS, never rushes, never cuts me and does wonderful designs like Burberry plaid! I will never go anywhere else. The women who run the salon remembered me and thanked me for coming back they are clearly not struggling for business and remembered me from that long ago, I was super impressed. only get to go here when I visit my boyfriends parents, if I lived closer they would have my business exclusively. This place is Fantastic! They always remember me when i walk in! There is never really a wait even if they are full! They are speedy, they do the job well, and they are very polite! They even let me switch colors if i need to and help me pick a color close to the ones i used to have when i get my pedicures! They are very talented when it comes to nails! I go there all the time :) Its very relaxing to! They have massage chairs that are very comfy and they are reasonably priced and the bowls glow different colors :) ! They also have a tv in there! They also love there workplace and act like it :) There all very happy nice people! Its very clean and very well organized and once i came in with a cut from working out in the yard and they put like liquid band aid stuff on it! There is NO TANNING HERE, and it appears there never was... So before you drive 20 minutes to tan, .... Don't. Ive had at least 20 pedicures in my life, so I know I can judge a place pretty accurately based on my previous experiences. The tub wasn't cleaned before they put my feet in. My sister has sensitive skin and the pedicures the was using a very sharp tool to dig in the side of her nail. She ended up with a cut. The skin exfoliant they use on your feet and legs is very harsh; we both had raw (though very smooth) skin afterwards. The place isn't attractive inside, has a very nasty back area / bathroom... I would keep looking. My nails look fine. read more

First time coming here and will definitely be back! The salon itself is very clean organized and doesn't smell like a nail salon. I was greeted promptly and sat immediately for a pedicure. After doing some fall cleanup all morning, it was nice to be pampered and relax while having my toe nails done. I have been using La Nails for quite a while. I go to the salon every 2 weeks for my nails and have a pedi once a month no matter the season. I am always greeted by name, always taken promptly and encouraged to speak up if I'm not happy with anything being done. That has not been necessary, and I am sure that if I DID have to say anything, I would be taken care of right away. Tara usually does my nails, but many of the other ladies have done my pedis and I have been happy. I have NO IDEA where the 1* customer was, but I cannot believe it was at the same salon. I had been going to la nails for years from about 2004-2014.. it was my go to place! Amazing nails and people! Unfortunately this has changed.. none of the original people were there and the people who were, were not as friendly. My friend had called on Saturday and made appts for three pedicures for Tuesday at three. My friend mom and i got there and were brought back to our pedi stations to start. My mom n friend were seen very quickly and had their feet started..i sat for over an hour until someone came to start mine. At this point, the water in my bath was ice cold, my feet were pruny and my mom and friend were already having manicures done.. i told the lady i no longer wanted a pedi cuz it took too long and i wanted to leave with my friends. Told her i just wanted a full set and a gel polish instead(the majority of my nails are bitten but there are a few that aren't).. she apologized and brought me over. She had me soak my fingers in cold water and began quickly and sloppily pushing and cutting my cuticles which ended in me getting two cuts..age then began applying the polish.. i asked her when is she going to add the tips.. she said "oh you want a full set you never said that " i replied with "i definitely told you i wanted a full set cuz i have bitten nails.. why would i have u paint my nails when half are chewed off n half aren't. That looks ridiculous".. she said "oh wel you didn't say that and i can't do it.". so i said fine forget it.. just put regular polish.. she did.. it looks rediculous!!!! When trying to pay the continued to try to tell me that i never said i wanted a full set and that they wouldn't have put me with her if i had... i had to walk out and have my mom use my card and pay because i was running on 26 hours no sleep and i was not a happy person.. soo sad that they are no longer a quality place... read more

My friend and I decided to stop in and get a manicure and pedicure. Pedicures were great! However, I chose a glitter type nail polish and the woman asked me several times if I was sure. A little odd, but they didn't realize my friend was Vietnamese and understood what they were saying. She didn't want to apply the polish because it was difficult to get a good coat of glitter on. If they want to keep on insisting me to get a new color then why don't you just remove the polish from the shelf. Then she started to do my acrylics. She kept fussing with the powder. Seems as though she needed new powder or something because my acrylics weren't clear, it was cloudy and had spots of white in them. Towards the end, she started rushing the process. My friend said they had food out back and for her to hurry up so she could eat. I wasn't impressed. My nails sucked. Lastly, my friend said she complained about the amount she tipped them! My friend had tipped them roughly 20% and had ask for a certain amount back for change. Apparently they thought she should've let them keep the change. I didn't want to keep them any longer so I dried my nails for about a minute. Definitely knew they wanted us to leave because other nail salons would've insisted on us drying longer. And they were so happy to wish us goodbye. I would've gave them a 1 but we did go in on New Year's Eve so I get it they had plans and maybe that's why they half assed it. read more

I'm in a wedding and needed my toes and nails to match and they are two totally different pinks. My pedicure looks good but my manicure is the worst I've ever seen. I have no idea why this place has five stars. My friend and I both went in for a pedicure and a manicure earlier today and we were very unhappy with the service. The girl who did my nails didn't even take all of my polish off before she put on the fresh coat. They didn't sterilize anything before they used it again. The water for the pedicure was a brownish color (and scalding hot, but when I told her, she just filled it with freezing water) and they didn't clean out the tub before the next person used it. They only drained the water. After they got done using the scrub brushes on one woman's feet, they turned around and used them on my friend's without cleaning them. After the nail tech finished my pedicure, I saw that there's nail polish smudges all over my toes. Once she started my manicure, instead of using nail polish remover on my finger nails, she just peeled it off of my nails, which just tore them up. I have no idea why she did that because it was jus plain old nail polish, not gel or shellac. Then she soaked my hands in freezing water. I only asked for a clear coat of gel nail polish on my nails, but the nail tech even managed to mess that up. Needless to say, I will never go back to this place.
