No place like Exotic Nails! I always make an appointment, they can get really busy, so don't want to drive there and try walk in. Been going to Exotic Nails for 21 plus years (started in Pepperell) then they moved to Townsend. Always had Long and Kathleen until their nephew Kyo came from Vietnam. He learned the trade so fast and have had him doing my nails ever since! I'm usually a plain girl with just a color but these last three months decided to do designs! From the breast cancer ribbon, to the Cats Eye, to Christmas Nails and now Navy Blue with stripes and snow. I have since moved to Acton from Groton, so the 1/2 hour ride is still worth the trip! I'm never disappointed and always lots of compliments! I recommend Exotic Nails to everyone! It's very clean, and always neat!! Been here several times. They always do a great job all around. Very clean and always accommodate day of appointment.

Called in the morning asking for a pedicure - I said I was flexible on the time and to recommend what is best for them - they said noon. Arrived just before noon and told the manager who was at the desk that I am here and he said have a seat, will just be a minute. At 10 past noon I been seen - nor was I provided an update of when I would get my pedicure - essentially I was ignored. There are a million nail places - so called another place down the street that could take me right away - So I told the manager I would go elsewhere. They got 2 stars (vs1) because the manager called me after I left. I explained it was not the wait, it was that I was not provided an update on when they could do my pedicure. read more

Do not go here!!! Can't even do a simple fill! They ruined my nails. Worst place i have ever been to!

The building was clean and some of the staff were friendly. One lady was yelling at my daughter after SHE cut my daughter's nails too short. Then when we went to go pay it cost $175 for an acrylic refill and fill set!!! They charged us $20 just to have a French manicure painted on. I will never go back and do not recommend anyone else goes there unless you like paying for overpriced nails that are subpar quality. read more

I had an appointment for 10 for me and my 6 year old . When I got there people were waiting outside the building for them to open the door. There were people with appointments and some without . I was told I only made an appointment for one which is not true even my husband heard me making the appointment. I asked for tips and dip with an almond shape . They charged me 40$ and my daughter got a pedicure and all they did was paint her nails and she had no polish on .. no manicure . And they rush .. how can they charge 40$ for a 6 year old toes and not even a manicure just nail paint. On the website it says 35 for mani pedi and 4 designs . Also they cut my finger and my cuticles never were cut so it looks like I need a fill .I was charge 137$ for these awful nails and a 6 year olds. Never going back read more

I truly can't say enough amazing things about this salon they are such dedicated hard workers who will do amazing work. By far the best nail salon I have been to and they are very clean here which is always a plus! I have never had a bad experience here within the three years I have been to this nail salon. Most recently I had a nail appointment with Vallerie who removed my acrylics (I had got done from another salon) and did a new full set and was easily the best full set I have ever got! She was so gentle removing my old set and put so much time and hard work into the nails she did for me. If your looking for great nails at a good price you seriously have to try going here! That was the worst pedicure I've had in a long time. She never told me to come to the chair so I sat there waiting. It was barely 30 minutes from the time I walked in the door to leaving. The technician never said ONE WORD to me, she was on her phone the entire time, and just walked away when she was done. Terrible customer service and my tip reflected it. read more

the salon is very clean. The staff is nice. I have gone about a few times and my experience varied. I started getting gel, and that was ok, but the third time, the gel chipped after two days. I didn't complain, just did a quick at home fix. so the next time, I got the dip.First 2 times it was great. no chipping. lasted a full 3 weeks before the new growth got too much for me to handle. the next time I went, I noticed she missed the first base coat, but kept my mouth shut..... since I'm not a licensed manicurist at and all.... next day, two of my nails started peeling. not the polish, my nails. I went a week and two more of my nails started crumbling so I went to ask them to remove it. the nail tech told me to find the color I had on. yeah.... there are about 200 colors on that display... so no I couldn't find it. so I simply asked her to remove the polish. She removed it, left my nails looking like crap and then charged me for the removal. and told me next time remember the color I chose. so. bye! my nails are now like paper, and the moment any white tip appears, it haa to be trimmed bc they are literally like paper. read more

I had gotten powder nails from a salon in Nashua and three of them started to chip badly after 2 weeks. I decided to go to this salon to see if they would remove them for me. The reason I chose this place is that we had just had lunch at a restaurant at that shopping plaza and I noticed it. The girl at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. A nail tech named Mia came right over to help me and she did a very good job removing the rest of the nails. She was quick, gentle, and didn't cut me or burn me with the tool, which I am not used to. She even filed them nicely for me. She spent a good 20 minutes and only charged me $7. The place was very clean and tranquil. I want to go back soon for a pedicure. read more
