Decided to give this type of meat a chance in Puebla. This is where the arabes meat started. The place is an old school taco shop. Our waitress took her time explaining the meat and letting us taste, and the different tortillas and pitas. We decided to get the quesadilla with meat and cheese. We also got a flour taco stuffed with cheese. We asked for onions for both. The quesadilla was loaded with meat and cheese. Perfect when we added the onions and verde sauce. Took meat and onions and put on cheese taco with chipotle sauce. Very good. Restaurant is nice and has a taco shop feel with meat carving station open to the street. read more
