The new INSIDE location is great. They got signs to hopefully deter the gym crowd from taking all the close spots. Can be done on your lunch hour. And I work off Plaza and Goshen. The staff are very nice. read more

I've NEVER written a Yelp review before, but La Papa Loca made me want to finally sit down and write one. I ordered the loaded asada baked potato and it was actually so good I couldn't not say something about it. The meat had great flavor and the potato itself was mixed really well with the butter. It was also huge!!!! The employee working the truck was also super nice to me, and when I told her I didn't want jalapeños on my potato, she also asked if I also didn't want chile powder on my corn cup. I thought that was really thoughtful. I'll definitely be coming back! Also, the corn they used isn't canned corn, its super fresh cob corn. read more

La Papa Loca, is one of my favorite food trucks. I've tried four different things on their menu. Asada potato loaded, it was great. Perfect size all wonderful flavors. Met the owners (I believe) while patronizing; it was easy to tell both of them had a great spirit about them, warm smiles and laid back demeanor. Star #1 because I believe n people more than their sevice; good people make good food. When I got there, I was actually on my way to another place but they had music going and earth wind & fire playing... Therese that second star. Good music feels like home. Reminds me of my parents or my aunts & uncles. I believe the kitchen to be sanitary, food to b seasoned, and hands are clean. Wait time was a little long but I didn't mind because I'll wait for good food. Ince I got my potato in the car I started eating. Potato was really good, I was right about the seasoning, because that asada was . Only complaint was the food was not hot enough. I went home and out the other half n the microwave to melt the cheese and warm the potato all the way through. I visited this site three times. My first experience was excellent, my second visit was not as good as my first visit. And then on June 19th, during the evening hours, I ordered the burrito bowl with the asada meat and I got what seemed to be reheated two day old asada meat that was very, very (did I mention very, very) dry meat and it was hard. Loved the attitude and atmosphere that the staff brings, but the food this evening was just not up to par - and something has to be said.
