I normally just get the chicken and rice but this time I tried the spring rolls and a Thai tea. The tea was too sweet for me and the rolls were just veggies so next time I'm sticking with good ol faithful the chicken and rice with the amazing salsa! I'm in Visalia once a year for work. I discovered this gem last year searching for Asian food in the area. Lucky me they were parked right next to my hotel. This year I didn't see their trailer and thought that they had fallen victim to 2020. Look out my window this afternoon and I see the white trailer! Cue all of the excitement. I swiftly ran downstairs, ordered 3 plates of that oh so delicious chicken and rice and an order of drool worthy egg rolls. Bust out the card but...cash only. I had forgotten they don't take cards. Instead of turning me away they say "get me next time". Being unsure if the next time would be tomorrow or next year I ran to the closest ATM and grabbed some cash to pay. Pros: price is cheap, speed of getting your order is extremely fast I was in and out under two minutes. The sauces they give you is pretty good and the Thai tea was good as well. Food is so flavorful. I got an order of spring rolls and they come in 2 and they are so good. What's in them is rice paper, lettuce, cilantro, carrots, noodles and a little bit of chicken. Also comes with a peanut spicy sauce. It doesn't have too much of a spice. This sauce is more like sweet and sour but it goes perfect as a dipping sauce. I also got an order of egg rolls that comes in 3. I would of rated this place a 5 start but my down side of this place is that the egg rolls are super oily. If they could just some how find a better solution to drying them then everything would be perfect about this place but not everything can be perfect so it's okay. Egg rolls are still delicious and I sure did eat them all Service is excellent. Very fast, very easy, and very understandable when it comes to the menu. I bought the order of spring rolls at $3.50 and an order or egg rolls that comes in 3 for $3.50 as well. I also did order an order of sticky rice that's not in the picture but it was good. Walked up waited no more then a few seconds to receive my food. They also sell chicken with rice but I did not get but hear it's very delicious. Over all the Ambience is great. So I used to be an avid regular to this food truck because the chicken and rice was just lipsmacking delicious! I haven't been in a while because it's clear on the other side of town for me and with the prices of the small portions of rice and chicken going up every few months compared to the quality of the food, it's just not worth it anymore. Sad to say that the last couple of times I've been the food has also gone subpar. The chicken used to be crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, now it's dry meat and the skin is rubbery and tastes of burnt oil. I bought 2 and only 1 of the chicken and rice was edible. The service is also hit and miss. What happened to the quality of your food, Lady? This is not the delicious chicken and rice I've grown up with when you were on the north side. RIP to the deliciousness of the past, sad to say that it is gone for now and will be missed. read more

Simple menu, decent price, has a few tables, kept clean...and I went at the right time because there was just a couple people waiting.
