Authentic Tuscan Dining Experience
We stumbled into this restaurant looking for a place to eat on a Sunday night, when we didn't know that everything outside Pisa seemed to be closed. The owner let us wait inside for fifteen minutes until he officially open the restaurant. He only spoke Italian and we didn't speak Italian. He and his wife were very welcoming and patient with us.
The wine didn't have labels and he had the menu written down in a notebook. Between our Spanish, English, and his Italian we were able to order and we had the best dining experience of our whole trip. Everything we tried was delicious!
I recommend the bruschettas, the linguine with mushrooms, and the tiramisu. read more
