When I arrived, they claimed I was not in the system or even scheduled. I showed her my call log in my phone when I called to schedule the appointment which was on July the 14th. Next to her was her husband, he asked me what number did I call. I went to my call log and read out the number I called and she told me it's the correct number. Instead of fixing their mistake, She asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment. When I said no and mentioned I would leave a honest review, she became angry, I asked for her name and she refused to give me her name, She said i'm not going to give you my name if you are going to give me a bad review. She rudely told me to leave and I'm not welcome and to never come back. After I left the salon I received a text message 15 minutes later from Hannah explaining and justifying the situation, to try and clean it up, when it was completely their fault. It was a total inconvenience for me, she didn't know if I needed my daughter's hair done for a special occasion or not. I don't live in Lufkin, it was an hour drive to get to the salon just to be turned away and upset my daughter. This was a terrible experience for my daughter and I. We expected everything to go smoothly but sadly it did not. It was a total fail. Terrible customer service, very unprofessional. I do not recommend this salon to nobody.

I get that everyone is human. I never complained and continued to support this pharmacy. However, after today I am done. I need a specific medication for migraines that is taken monthly. I sent my refill in on the app like I always do. I went to pick it up and after waiting about 15 minutes they tell me I need a PA. I asked the tech, confused, "Since when?" She responded very rudely with, "Since now. You'll have to call your doctor tomorrow." I informed her that I never needed a PA before and it just seemed odd that I do now. I called my insurance and they fixed the issue right away. I go back in and they are already working on it, which is great. Then they tell me my coupon for my co-pay (which is $200) isn't working. I download a new one, activate it, and give them that. Still apparently isn't working. At this point I've been waiting inside the pharmacy for an hour and a half and they are technically closed. I'm now being told (by the same rude tech) that I'll have to try again tomorrow because... wait for it... THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE IT IN STOCK. I would love to know why I wasn't informed of this from the start. Instead of being with my kids after working all day, I sat in a pharmacy for over an hour and a half for no reason. I'm officially done with Abeldt's and will be moving all mine and my family's prescriptions to Lufkin Pharmacy first thing in the morning. Editing to add: Spoke with Erika, a manager this morning. She was very kind and apologized for the situation. She made sure everything was taken care for today. I am still moving pharmacies, but appreciate all Erika did to help.

They asked for my old glasses . They put new lens in old frames. After proving I paid for new frames. I'm fine with myself wearing a mask, but I will not put a mask on my 2 year old. He has had multiple surgeries recently, and has been seen at TCH on multiple occasions, and they don't even make him wear them. When I explained he was only 2 years old the lady said he can wait in the car while I pick his glasses up. That would be fine if I wasn't by myself. She said it wouldn't take that long, and he could sit in the car while I ran in and picked his glasses up. For her to even think it's ok for someone to leave a child in a vehicle unattended much less say it out loud is very unsettling. She is either not a parent, or doesn't care for her childs safety. It is also against the law for anyone to leave a child unattended in a vehicle no matter what the temperature is outside.
