The wine list is legendary with pricing dictated from the fact they bought the '85 Bordeaux when it came out in the market! We arrived around 2pm, during Christmas week on a Monday, and the place was quite busy! We were greeted by a hostess and directed to our table! We ended up trying a couple of local favorite items: traditional mushroom and ham tartes flambees along with a salmon tartes! Both were delicious and worked well with Alsac wines! We traveled far to find any German food and finally came across this bar. They don't serve food…read moremidday so we ordered a couple drinks to kill time. Dinner time comes around and we get what the waitress suggests (because we don't know a lick of Deutsch). Everything was delicious!! My guess is it was Spaetzel, Schnitzel, and red cabbage.
