The school is very well run - with top notch communication and a staff of talented, caring teachers. The staff put on regular education nights for parents, and with no judgment, really helped me identify how to be the best mom I can be. While in the Kindergarten program, our son was asked to be a leader in the classroom and take on more responsibilities. It was so wonderful to watch him thrive and be cared for by an entire staff of smart, devoted, and empathetic women. Thank you so much, MCG, for giving our son the best start! Each and every teacher and staff member was amazing. Our children were given opportunities to grow and develop academically and social-emotionally. When they started attending public school, each of my children was ahead academically. One of our boys can be a bit rigid and challenging, and his teacher Ms. Jennie worked with him so well that he soared academically and behaviorally. Their hours are good for working parents and they even have fun summer programs.

Second, they have an awesome service of taking pictures of my son throughout the day and emailing me fun pictures, when he took a nap and how long, what he ate and how much, and what they learned or experienced like painting, dancing, singing, sign language gestures, etc. Third, it turns out my son has an issue with milk - it was no problem for them to switch him to soy. They're all very talented in their observations of my son and are able to spot things (they caught he had a slight fever one day & they always give me constant communication on how he's doing). The staff at Naperville's Kiddie Academy are the best of the best. The teachers in the infant room were wonderful as are the teachers in the 1 to 2 year old room. Although we haven't experienced all their rooms, while walking down the hallway, they all appear to be interacting enthusiastically with the children, again, all the kids are having a blast, and as Tatiana (who signed us up) said when I asked her why I should sign up with her rather than kinder care - "we really don't compare" and she was right. This place is super clean, new, communicative, and unlike kinder care, they hustled for my business. My son has been here four months and loves it.

I think we are very lucky to have found this place. We had tried daycare before, with another group, when he was younger and it was not a good fit. We started La Petite a few months ago. I am glad to say this is the complete opposite. It is a warm and loving place. The turnaround appears to be very low. So much for the excuse it's the industry that I got from another place I checked out. The teachers are well experienced and do it because they love it. He is in the two year olds room and they focus more on teaching basic skills and having fun which I love! He also has some dietary issues and its never really been an issue. We went to multiple places (5 others) and the words that my husband and I both said when choosing La Petite, is it feels worm. Yes it's a little expensive, but my son is safe, happy, and runs to his class room when we get there. Well worth it! read more

My son has been attending LaPetite Academy for about 6 months. Right away, the directors and staff took us in as if we were a part of the LaPetite family already. My son enjoys seeing his former and current teachers on a daily basis. The staff keeps me informed daily through the PreciousStatus App. It is a joy to listen to my son sing or "talk" about what he did or learned on that particular day when he gets home. Of course, he must open the door each morning to see whether Mrs. Cathy or Ms. Kina is at the front desk so they can chase him around and catch him for hugs! I'm truly glad to be investing in our son's and soon to be daughter's education at LaPetite Academy. read more

Petite Academy has been such a positive experience for our family. The staff is caring, attentive, and truly loves what they do. My niece attends here and we've seen so much growth in her learning and social skills. One…read moreis now 5 and continues to bloom under the hands-on approach of Ms Kris for Phonics, Music, and Cooking classes as well as his two most recent "primary" teachers (Ms Valerie & Ms Jenna). My other child is a waddler and took to her care givers (Ms Lisa, Ms Ginny and Ms Gupreet) so well, that it helped ease the guilt of being a working mom. :) This learning center's staff helps develop a child to socialize well and always keeps the parent apprised of progress, issues/concerns, etc., and consistently with a solution-oriented and positive approach. The facility is clean and regularly maintained (fresh coat of paint, carpeting, seal-coating blacktop parking area). There's an access code to get in and they get to know each parent as well as they get to know the child. I have complete faith that my children are cared for in a loving and engaging environment. I firmly believe the center directors (Ms Tania & Ms Michelle) foster this collaborative approach to care-giving and I continue to be in awe of how well they all shoulder the responsibility they have. This team does it with pride and tries to have fun along the way. My only frustration comes from the accounting system used by the KLC corporation. It is not user-friendly, but again, Ms Tania to the rescue to provide the paperwork I need to reconcile payments, file my tax paperwork, and manage my FSA -- helping to make my life a little easier.
