My family has been with this daycare for 6 years, and we couldn't be happier. My oldest son attended here, my younger son has been here for the past year, and now I'll be bringing my new baby as well. The staff is caring, supportive, and truly treats the children like family. I took my kid here and the care was named sandy very rude acted like she knew everything but when I picked up my kid. His duper had not been cleaned by what seemed like the whole day. Everyone else is nice except sandy don't let your kids with her! read more

I went on a tour/interview the other day and I was so impressed with what I saw. I saw big smiles on the kids faces while the teachers were interacting with them. I also met some of the teachers who were all very friendly and talkative. The director, Valerie was very upfront and told me what she expects from the teachers to make La Petite a fun, learning and professional school. read more

i haven't been here in over five years and i miss it so much :c i'm way too old now, but this place raised me. from being a toddler to a tween, i went here nearly everyday. it has probably changed, but i am grateful for this place, my childhood was never boring here, the staff were always so sweet especially ms. allison if she still works there :) i made so many friends here too, went on so many feild trips that left me with the happiest memories i will never forget. if you want to send your kid to a daycare, send them here. i loved it. read more

Do not take your kids here. There are some staff members that bully kids and when you take it to hire ups they do absolutely nothing to solve the issues no consequences are taken against the teachers. (unfortunately It does not let me rate it 0 stars) read more

I sent my 14month old to La Petite and had an awful experience. The teachers in the class do not engage with the children AT ALL. There is no story time, no crafts, no music, no activities, no stimulation whatsoever. My daughter literally sat in a chair for 2.5 hours, watching other kids play on their own during this time. She is a shy, and very cautious toddler. I expected a teacher to help her to become more comfortable in her new environment , to lead to where other children were playing or at the very least, bring a toy to her to have her play. None of above happened. I just couldn't believe what I was witnessing one the live stream feed. Meal time came, none of the teachers helped my daughter with her lunch, or even sat with them while they ate. The revolving door of employees in the classroom was a bit disappointing as well. I never felt like I got a chance to know who was taking care of my daughter bc there were so many what they called "floaters" in the classroom. Never again- will I send my daughter to this daycare. read more

Just to be fair, 3 stars for this review is just from a walk through, not from having an attending child. It might be OK if you had no other options. Logistics are good for many people to get to but parking lot is small as is everything else, from the entryway to the hallways and classrooms and there were only a couple of those. They admittedly were understaffed but The teachers were friendly and the children looked happy. Asked about the menu after walking past the open door of a very small, messy kitchen...the food is prepared on site...?...not caterer healthy or organic but will pass, they try. I just didn't get a good "open" feeling. The playground was large but much concrete and was confusingly divided into 3 separate areas for different age children! Why can't they play together? Any Preschool is pricey, but I think for the price, you may want to compare. read more

This review is based on calling to ask for information and availability. At only 3 minutes from my house, this was my preferred daycare location. I called to ask about infant room availability and was told I needed to schedule a tour first. When I pressed on availability to take on an infant, I was told that the soonest availability was almost a year out and there was a long waitlist. So I asked to be added to the waitlist. Again, considering it's so close to my house, it was ideal. I was told that in order to be added to the waitlist that was nearly a year long wait, I needed to schedule a tour and pay a registration fee and first month's tuition up front. A year out. I understand most daycares have a waitlist and that's fine. But to force a deposit that far in advance is ridiculous. And they seem to push the tour scheduling pretty hard. While I'd prefer to drive my child 3 minutes to daycare, I'll find another a few minutes further from home without pushy and unreasonable deposit demands. read more

Incredibly rude over the phone and even corporate lied about operations and operating hours. This daycare just bends the rules to "however they feel like." They do not care about standing by their word all because "nobody wants to work that early" The operating hours on the website show 6am-6pm and they verbally said they would open at 6am if schools were in session, but less than 2 weeks before school starts, their hours changed. This caused stress, lost wages, and a confused child. There are so many other childcare facilities in the area that will go out of their way to help you (Kindercare, Cadence Academy to name a few). I wouldnt trust La Petite to watch the grass grow, let alone a child. read more

my daughter was in Ms. Kris's class(3's) and she loved it. Ms. Kris is so good to the kids. I loved how there were cameras so you can see what the kids were doing throughout the day and Ms. Kris would send pictures on the app that the school uses as well. I highly recommend this La Petite! I want to say that after over a year, we are very happy with the staff and the care that our child gets. She is always excited to go to school and I feel like they are great with developmental milestones. I obviously wish it wasn't so expensive, but they aren't more expensive than area daycares and frankly, we all know daycare is outrageous. read more

This school is remarkable! My husband and I feel so blessed that our child is a student of such loving and outstanding teachers and staff. Everyone at the school works very hard and is extremely dedicated in early childhood learning and development. It's not easy to send your first child to school but seeing how much my child loves going makes it a breeze and we don't worry because they are in the best care. The activities, the way the school is decorated, the friendships they help foster-- it's all incredible. read more

My son started attending a few months ago, and he absolutely loves it. After visiting multiple day care centers we found this to be the cleanest, safest, and provide the best education. My son has been attending La Petite for two years and we love it! It is well run center with efficient administrators and a caring staff. In addition they have introduced some new programs this year that focus on S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) which I feel will give my son an advantage when entering Kindergarten next year! After moving to the area I visited somewhere in the ballpark of 13-15 daycares in search of one I felt would nourish my childrens hearts and minds. Daycares can be very disappointing when you tour them. La Petite was CLEAN, with open space for the kids to roam and explore and stretch out, they had very engaging staff who were open to talking with me, I was invited into any room we passed & spent ample time observing and asking quesitons. Their policies on guiding children are fantastic. My children have loved going there since day one and they look forward to mornings when its time for school. Great communicaiton between parents and staff. I am admittedly hard to please when it comes to childcare and this center has my full vote of confidence. Fantastic childcare and preschool! Extra curricular activites are incredible (swimming, soccer, gymnastics, visits from librarians, magicians etc). read more

With the closest family two states away, it was very important for me to find a good daycare. And with our schedules that change weekly, it was also crucial to find a place that was flexible. What we have received at La Petite is so much more. We can go to work knowing our toddler is well taken care of, learning, and with uplifting, motivational individuals who are clearly passionate about their jobs. I receive a daily report of her learning, activities, eating habits and even her bathroom activity. I credit La Petite for potty training her. Their patience and help meant the world to me. Back when she was in diapers, not once did she come home with a diaper rash. Everyone, her teachers and other staff, know who my daughter is and can tell me things about her off hand, without referring to notes. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The environment at La Petite inspires my daughter to learn, grow, and have fun doing so. You know that carefree feeling you have when you leave your child with a family member? That is how I feel each and every time I drop her off at La Petite Academy. read more
