Let me preface by sharing you enter in the dining room and just behind a glass partition are three senior aged ladies working the phone lines taking orders like it was a busy call center. We ordered a Como special large sub and a half anchovy pepperoni pizza, half Como all dressed. The pizza really blew me away. Fluffy soft and crispy dough with some burnt cheese taste on the edges. It was also had slightly sweet flavour which was mildly discernible. Loaded with toppings. Overall one of the best pizza's I've had in the MTL area. The sub was a solid 7.5 out of 10 loaded and with fresh salads and Italian dressing but the pizza was amazing. Pizza was so good I had to order and other to take home. When I arrived home the wife and daughter tried it also and commented how delicious It was. Service was impeccable and we asked our server and she said this was the original location since 1967.they have 15 delivery cars here and the other location has another 15 delivery cars. Come judge for yourself. Wow!

Featuring burgers, soup/chilli, their infamous salad bowls that are available in small or regular/large size. There are for choices in themes/veggie base , then you pick your grain and protein. The large size of the sled bowls are pretty filling, I can never finish them. The price ranges 12-16$. There is plenty of seating indoor and outdoors. There is a sink for customers get water and empty cups which I thought was a nice touch.I wouldn't say their staff cleans up often because I saw bowl toppling over with a full garbage and recycling bins. However for vegan fast food I can't expect anything less for cleanliness.

I even enjoyed the "fake protein" in it (it's all about the sauce). I also tried the Copper Burger, kind of odd seeing a "beet" burger, in no way does it taste like meat...but it was very good as a sandwich...just don't call it a burger ;) Everything was fresh and very well presented! Prices vary between $8 - $12. I can't believe I'm saying this...but I will definitely be back even though I would normally grab a burger from a fast food joint! Give it a try and don't let the "vegan" scare you off, think of it as "tasty HEALTHY fast food joint" instead!

Fratello - Entrée Potage de légumes, good

The food sucked. I…read morecame here for a surprise birthday party for one of my gfs in Dec '18. We had a private room and a special group menu consisting of entrée (soup or salad) + main (4 choices) + coffee + dessert for 34$ plus tax and tip (alcohol and other beverages not included). The potage soup served as entrée was ok. Just ok. Nothing to go out of one's way for. Definitely the better choice over the salad tho. I chose the pizza as my main, uninterested by the other options. The pizza was just...i mean how do u f up a 4-cheese n bacon pizza fer crissake?? I smothered it in (seemed like Kraft Shredded) "fresh" parmesan they offer and that saved it a little bit, but barely. The leftovers were inedible. They did put real bacon on it though and not the fake sh*t tho so bonus points for that. The dessert was a f*kin joke, nasty lil piece of overly spiced apple cake with a dollop of ice cream literally in a small baby-food-jar. Pitiful and gross. I tried a bite and offered it up with no takers. Coffee that came with dessert. Well it didn't suck but that's it. For a place named Fratello I expected a better coffee game. The other plates my friends had: (see photo of group menu I took for actual names of dishes) - The cavatelli with celery in cream and lemon sauce, such a FAIL it's incredible and yet it was definitely the most edible item served. I need to go on a bit of a rant of this supposed best dish, so please forgive me. The celery was sliced thin and RAW just tossed into the pasta as if it was supposed to somehow compliment or accompany the tastes in someway...it did not. It was distracting and offputting and an extremely curious choice imo. The lemon in cream sauce, I was a fan ... But wtf did they do to their cavatelli for it to be so limp and stringy?! The sundried tomatoes sparse and just not enuf to save the dish. My friend absolutely adored her meal of it and polished it damn near to the last bite. (Which prompted me to tell her she must come eat with us yelpers from now on because she clearly has never had a good meal in her life if she thinks that was good, let alone delicious. And I'm not being a snob here, I am seriously perplexed how one could actually enjoy that meal?! McDs 10 times out of 10 when presented with the choice of this or that, not even a contest.) - The fish, well it didn't taste fishy and i liked the texture (keep in mind I hate seafood) but it was so incredibly bland there was nothing to it. The veggies it came with were delicious but so few of them, not worth the price. - The chicken: the only plate offered I didn't get to try. My friend called it "good". Then she went on to tell me how much spicy mayo she used to try n finish it because it was quite dry. She ran outta mayo so stopped eating it.... Um no, that doesn't sound that good to me afterall, lol. Island prices on the south shore is pretty lame but understandable considering less clientele and still hafta pay rent n whatnot, but then to serve that low quality generic schlop seemed like insult to injury. Loved the decor and ambiance. Absolutely adored our cozy private room with glass doors with access to a/v equipment (tvs, projectors, sound system etc). Enabled my friend to play a gorgeous slideshow she prepared (of photos of us all throughout the years) with music. Absolutely adored the service: friendly, spot on, saved the night (if you ask me) and great team work ! But that menu for groups eeeeeeesh! What a disaster! I would be willing to come back n give them a shot à-la-carte to see if it's just their group-game that sux n not the entire menu. It is a very nice classy place, with a great staff. I really did wana give them 5 stars, but I simply can't! And I do wish them luck, I think they're guna need it.
