The food was overpriced for what we received, both in quality and presentation.
The service was the worst part of the experience. After being seated, we waited a long time before anyone came to help us. Once we ordered, everything moved incredibly slowly, despite the restaurant not being busy when we visited.
To make matters worse, our server got our order wrong and then responded with an attitude instead of apologizing. Because we had already waited so long, we just accepted the mistake. Another server opened our champagne bottle and spilled about a glass when it burst. The head waiter said he would credit us for one drink, but when the bill arrived, nothing had been adjusted. Instead, he asked if we still wanted the spilled glass.
After spending over two hours there for lunch, we were completely done with the experience.
We did speak with the manager, who apologized and gave us 10% off, which we appreciated.
What started as what we hoped would be a great lunch ended in disappointment.
I won't be returning unless the service and food quality improve significantly.
