Just in the last few months, they've moved out the riffraff, added extra security measures such as gates/ fencing, now provide competent maintenance, and the onsite management is amazing! The office mgr Melissa and her husband go above and beyond to make sure that all of their tenants' needs are met. They are courteous, professional and always there to help. The amenities are not that of a "resort", yet perfect for those working families that simply desire a clean, quiet place to reside at while in the area. Two gator spottings, a couple of turtles and A LOT of water hyacinth(which, by the way, he taught me that the flower petal is VERY tasty(which it is, I tried it)).
