Due to some personal reasons, we had to move the date of the wedding and she was very accommodating and understanding. Sheila was our wedding coordinator for the wedding and everything fell perfectly into place. The ability to purchase an all-inclusive wedding relieved so much stress. The cake was so tasty and included in the price. We wanted an outdoor wedding but it was too cold. Due to religious purposes, the chapel was not an option. We were able to hold our small ceremony and reception inside the house. Beautiful and elegant. I cannot say enough about this place, owner and staff.

If anyone had talked to my mama like that on MY wedding day she would have had another thing coming. So inappropriate to be that condescending and hateful to anyone but even more so to the BRIDES MOTHER. They also got upset with us for having the bridal suite door open for fresh cool air while we were getting ready. I was getting my makeup done and had my eyes closed and had no idea that the girls had opened the door up to cool it down. I went downstairs to grab food and was asked how the temp was a said it was great(again didn't realize we had our door open to cool it down). Anyways went back up and continued getting ready. Kim busts into the room saying "what do you need" and closes the back door. The girls said "oh it got a little hot so we opened the door up" she then said "what do you need" again. Not "oh we can lower the temp for y'all". Hateful tone the whole time. OH AND they had a tour going on while we were all getting ready for the wedding... that's super tacky. Also I hope your feet don't hurt when it comes to dancing in your shoes because if you take them off you will get yelled at as well. I know they are new to the business but they really need an attitude adjustment or they will flop. I don't know if they were having an off day or what based upon the reviews. They must have a different attitude when giving tours. I only liked one of the staff members and I really wish I could remember her name because she was extremely sweet. I believe her name is Megan.

The wedding was one of the most enjoyable weddings I've ever been to and this venue was part of making that happen! I have nothing negative to say about the location. They had a beautiful suite for the bridal party and a great spot for the guys to get ready and hang out (play poker) before the wedding. We LOVED it! I highly recommend!

But I was thrilled to know that they reopened it for multi-purpose events. I first came during the soft opening during the Fiddlers' Reunion weekend & saw a live concert happening. I also came for the "Art On The Bricks" event. It's neat that they can move the stage, since for the soft opening the stage was on the right brick wall (with the audience portable fold-out chairs situated so that the left & right were further apart than the front & back), & for "Art On The Bricks" the stage was on the back wall (with the windows & view of the town square parking lot behind it). For the art show, there was more space to look at tables of displayed artwork, munch on finger foods (catered by Railway Cafe, next door), sip on drinks (wine, water, or tea), & you could mingle around or sit down (upstairs in the balcony or at some standing-friendly downstairs tables). The restrooms are also nice, & very well-maintained, with plenty of multiple stalls. The upstairs balcony is really neat. It's a great place to sit & eat at small tables (or move them together for bigger groups), or you can sit at a bar-like table overlooking the balcony if you have a smaller group. Overlooking the balcony was an incredible view! I'm staying posted on future events held here, because I definitely want to keep coming back!

At first glance, it seemed promising - the location is great, the parking felt safe, and the lobby was very clean and modern, with a nice "new age" look. Unfortunately, the room didn't live up to the first impression. It was tiny, even for two people. The bed was incredibly hard, and worse - it didn't fit the oversized frame it was on. As I showed in the photos I uploaded, I hit my shin badly on the bed frame, drew blood, and it hurt like heck. When I went downstairs to show the clerk, she offered no help at all - not even a bandage. The room also lacked a microwave, which was a letdown. And oddly, my keycard stopped working around 9:50 a.m., just before checkout. We travel through this area 3-4 times a year, and while this place was cleaner than our last spot, I've never been injured at the other hotel. Next time, I'll be looking for a room with more space - and a safer layout.

My husband and I appreciated the water bottle refill station next to the ice machine as we always have our reusable water jugs with us. This hotel is right across from a humongous Buc-ee's which was perfect for filling up the tank and grabbing food/snacks before getting on the road.
