There's a good variety of snacks and drinks in the lobby, and the breakfast each morning had plenty of options. We also felt very safe in the area, which made the stay even more comfortable. The only thing to keep in mind is that there isn't much storage space for personal items, but overall it didn't take away from our experience. I reached out to corporate several times, but the Rockwall location kept closing my claim without resolution and refused to return my calls. The lack of accountability and professionalism is beyond appalling. I have every reason to believe they oversold the hotel and deliberately canceled the rooms booked at lower rates first. To do this to any guest is unacceptable, but to do it to a bride on her wedding night is absolutely unforgivable. If you're considering booking a room block with them--don't. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and their customer service is non-existent. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere, because this hotel will not have your back when it matters most.
