It was only five minutes from our house so we took off. I judge a place almost immediately on their chips and salsa. They passed the test with delicious homemade tortilla chips and salsa that wasn't too spicy. We decided to try some of our normal dishes that we would order at any Mexican food restaurant like the combo plate with enchiladas and a crispy taco as well as their fajita plate. They make their tortillas in house and they were delicious as we were both of the dishes we ordered. The service was amazing - attentive but not overbearing. The restaurant itself is clean and had a lot of space. at first I thought it was just the front room, but there's a big room to the back right past the register.
