The bday boy ( 40 yr old) is gluten free and she was very accommodating. The great was so amazing. She was also able to substitute a few other things and was very flexible. Instead of " love" balloons we got "40" and just a couple other floating balloons. She also was able to switch the champagne for just wine. Got in the room with no problem way before check in. Texted me when it was finished. It turned out way better than expected. Will definitely use them again in the future.

The owner, G was so friendly and really excited about what they do there. It is a local, family owned business that specializes in all things "celebrating". The store itself smelled so good and was set up really cute. They have fresh showers and a ton of cards and customizable items. It reminded me of an Etsy shop in person. They have several balloons, too. I really enjoyed seeing what they can create and I look forward to using their services.

She was supposed to show up at 1130, although asked if she could come sooner. I told her that wasn't possible because there was no one at the facility at that time: she preceded to tell me she never agreed to come at 1130. I told her that was completely unprofessional since it was now 12:30- 30 minutes to the party. She then says I'm cancelling and refunding your party and I AM DONE.I have never been spoken to by a LOCAL business that I have continued to support. Do not use them. They are no professional or respectful.

Surprised there were no reviews for this place yet…read more My wife and the kids and I went by here on Saturday to "look" at what carts they had. We recently moved to Emerald Isle and thought it might be nice to get a cart to travel the island. We met the owner Paul who was just finishing up another sale. We told him we were just looking for some information about pricing, resale, making it street legal, etc. Paul was really nice and helpful. He answered all our questions. Told us that he would deliver it for free, pick it up and bring it back for any service and offered us a warranty. After talking with him and test driving a few around, we decided to buy one then and there. He offered to buy it back if we want to sell it when we move or sell it for us on consignment. I always like to be cautious and deliberate before I make a sizable purchase but he really made it easy and made us comfortable with the sale. He needed to add a few items to make it street legal (seat belts, turn signals) so he said it would be ready Tuesday (3 days). When we went to drop off the check the next day (Sunday), however, he said he would have it done and delivered that afternoon. He said he knew how excited our 10-year daughter was to get it and wanted to get it to us early. Really nice. It was at our house later that day. Paul is a great guy and we highly recommend this place. Can't say enough for great service. Hard to find these days.
