She was supposed to show up at 1130, although asked if she could come sooner. I told her that wasn't possible because there was no one at the facility at that time: she preceded to tell me she never agreed to come at 1130. I told her that was completely unprofessional since it was now 12:30- 30 minutes to the party. She then says I'm cancelling and refunding your party and I AM DONE.I have never been spoken to by a LOCAL business that I have continued to support. Do not use them. They are no professional or respectful.
