When it was just the production team, maybe throw in the the musicians, it was okay, musicians are more outgoing, but I wouldn't put the word fun in with the party even though they tried really hard. But what you added in the Game Show Challenge, it was BIG fun! I laughed, and laughed. I really enjoyed myself! it was so good I lost track of time! I forgot about whatever I worry about and the troubles in the world faded away! It was great! I started thinking where could I use this, could I use it with my own company? could I use it with my family? could I use it to raise money in my non-profit? The answer was all YES. I could use it for team building, suggest it for this year's convention! I could use it at a BIG birthday party, I have a big one coming up!! I could use it for a fundraiser for my non-profit, and I could use it for a family reunion, that would be a hoot! This is the most creative thing I have seen this creative young man do. He is hilarious by nature, but this is awesome. Give it a try! You won't be disappointed. You won't.

There is a massive apartment complex I happen to live in literally right next to this place, so obviously they figured exactly what we'd all want to hear right after the construction finally stops at the end of the day is a motorcade full of hundreds of obnoxious bikers doing donuts outside our bedroom and office windows accompanied by the raspy moaning of some D-grade cover band. I don't know whose initiative it is to turn Wilmington into some sorta Pender county biker destination, but it's about time to stop. Everyone who actually lives here hates it. I thought the whole romanticized biker lifestyle was freedom on the long open roads of the HIGHWAYS. Ya know, because nobody wants to listen to that garbage for very long. So why is it that they're constantly rumbling around every corner of downtown these days? Maybe try an electric car concert next time, huh?

Went to The Shell for the Beer, Bourbon and BBQ event some time ago (not quite in a galaxy long, long ago) and thoroughly enjoyed myself. The staff there were gregarious and very helpful steering me to the various venues inside (getting the VIP ticket was well worth the extra as by the time the gates opened to everyone, it seemed what was already a good sized crowd became reminiscent of army ants on the march... Still, a great venue with fantastic views and one that I will be looking for future events.

From the very beginning, Katie was incredibly communicative, organized, and thoughtful, but what really stood out was how genuinely supportive and invested she was in making our wedding everything we hoped it would be. The very first question she asked us was what our priorities were...not anyone else's opinions or just a generic "vision"...and that set the tone for everything that followed in the best way. In the three months leading up to the wedding, her guidance became even more invaluable. She helped us navigate every detail with such calm confidence, always making us feel like we were in the very best hands. From table settings to lighting, DJ recommendations to signage - no question was too small, and no detail was ever overlooked. The week of our wedding brought an unexpected challenge, a nor'easter rolled in and completely changed our plans. We had to move our cocktail hour indoors, and what could have been a stressful scramble turned into a completely seamless transition thanks to Katie. She coordinated with all of our vendors, handled every logistical detail, and made the entire situation feel effortless from our perspective. Because of her, I was able to stay present and actually enjoy the days leading up to our wedding, which is something I'll always be grateful for. On the day itself, Katie was not only incredibly professional and on top of everything, but also so fun, warm, and full of positive energy. Not just me and Pearson, our entire wedding party absolutely adored her. She brought the best vibe to the day and made everyone feel comfortable, taken care of, and ready to celebrate. Honestly, I wish we could do it all over again just so we could spend more time working with Katie (and her really cute dogs!). She is truly exceptional at what she does, and even more importantly, she is a genuinely wonderful person. She made our wedding day feel magical, smooth, and completely stress-free. We cannot recommend her highly enough!

She was ready to go - had all the supplies - she breezed thru directing all the vendors and welcoming the bride and family as they dropped things off. It's rumored that she walks 60,000 steps for a wedding. She was graceful, polite and seems to love what she's doing. I am impressed.
