(wasn't that busy in the store) before I got help from a girl wearing sweets, like it was casual day. She had little product knowledge and didn't seem to know how to help. Maybe they were short staffed and they threw her on the floor. I felt I could have done just as good if I went to Walmart and did it myself. After doing two laps around the stores and repeatedly picking up shoes that I was interested in, looking around for someone to help me, not one employee at either location asked if I needed a size or wanted to see something. As a shoe store that doesn't keep all sizes available, this should be the one thing that their employees are good at, but I guess not. I felt racially profiled. I'm a hard working man. I drive trucks and I usually park next door at the wal mart because it's convenient. I purchased a pair of boots 2 weeks ago from the same store. Boots are on sale so I went back to get another pair. She proceeded to accuse me of putting a new pair on my feet while in the store. I will be taking further legal actions.

Instead of being treated with basic respect, & decency he was publicly and falsely accused of stealing. The way your staff handled this situation was rude, humiliating, and completely unprofessional. There was no attempt to calmly clarify the misunderstanding, no respect shown, and afterward there was not even an apology offered for the embarrassment caused. Being falsely accused in front of others is degrading and unacceptable, especially when we were legitimate customers actively shopping and making a purchase. We understand stores need to prevent theft, but that does not justify treating customers in an inhumane or accusatory manner without facts. Situations like this should be handled with discretion, professionalism, and respect -- not public humiliation. We expect acknowledgment of how poorly this situation was handled and an apology for the false accusation and embarrassment caused to our family.
