Sure enough, about a week later I needed one. I called for a free estimate and the owner, Jayson, came out himself. He was super nice, polite, professional, and quick. Thankfully, nothing major was wrong, but he still took the time to explain everything to me and even showed me how to properly clean and maintain my garbage disposal and sink. Since the estimate was completely free, I offered him a tip for his time and help, and he absolutely refused it. He just said he was happy to help, which I really appreciated! They basically made holes in the wall and shoved the wires in. It was a fire hazard that could have caused harm or death to the customer/family. We hired Even Flow for a previous job and were amazed by the quality of work and great customer service. We knew that we could rely on Even Flow to look at the problem and provide a solution. Eric came out and explained in great detail the many findings of the bad installation. He then laid out a way forward along with an itemized invoice. I appreciate there were no hidden fees at the end of the job. The job took a few hours to complete and the team was very thorough in answering my many, many questions. During the repair, they had shoe covers, brought their own vacuum, and cleaned up afterward. The tools used were put away afterward and overall kept the workspace tidy. They also called 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment. The van is easily marked - a great way to advertise but also easy to identify them upon arrival.

She put me at ease and called her supervisor who authorized a crew to be at the house after their current job. They arrived around 7pm. Chris and Dan were friendly, clean and very professional. She said there will be no charge unless something needs to be done which before we do anything we give out an estimate. Literally it took less than couple minutes for the electrician to find the outlet then they wanted to charge me $135 when I called back with complain I spoke to Daniella again who called herself she is the boss of the company very rudely said that you have to pay and this is the charge and hang up the phone.
