Eric and his assistant did wonderful work. We bought a new stove and cooktop from BestBuy. The third-party independent contractor who installed the oven did a horrible job. They basically made holes in the wall and shoved the wires in. It was a fire hazard that could have caused harm or death to the customer/family. We hired Even Flow for a previous job and were amazed by the quality of work and great customer service. We knew that we could rely on Even Flow to look at the problem and provide a solution. Eric came out and explained in great detail the many findings of the bad installation. He then laid out a way forward along with an itemized invoice. I appreciate there were no hidden fees at the end of the job. The job took a few hours to complete and the team was very thorough in answering my many, many questions. During the repair, they had shoe covers, brought their own vacuum, and cleaned up afterward. The tools used were put away afterward and overall kept the workspace tidy. They also called 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment. The van is easily marked - a great way to advertise but also easy to identify them upon arrival. read more

5/1/2024 Had to give another 5 STARS again to this company and in particular the technician Juan Gonzales who came out for my maintenance check up on my AC for the summer! This company hires high quality individuals and it shows. Juan came and checked everything out and explained everything he was doing and explaining what I could do in between visits to keep my unit running efficiently and properly. You have found your new go to repair place!! Our A/C went out around 9:11pm today 6/25/22. I looked for and found Evenflow Home & Commercial. I called the 24 hour line and spoke to Yolanda. She sent me Seth Ortega who arrived at 10:14pm looked at the outside A/C unit. It was the capacitor, and the part was $259 the service charge for weekend and after hours was $199. Seth fixed my A/C by 11pm he was very professional, and he exceeded our expectations far beyond what we needed. Thank you Evenflow for the most amazing A/C service experience we have ever had! He made some suggestions on the type of water heater and gallons needed for the size of our house. We did not have to go out to buy the water heater; he brought one with him on the date of the repair. Bob and his partner were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I've used Evenflow two times in the last few weeks and I highly recommend them. I've used a lot of plumbers over the years and these guys are the best of the best. I've seldom called a plumber unless it's an emergency and I've always felt that I was at the mercy of whoever I've decided to call - it's hard to shop for competitive bids when the water's shut off or the bathroom's plugged up. Evenflow responded to my problem quickly and gave reasonably priced alternatives. Bob is definitely the guy I'll call in the future.
