I had several what I consider monitor electrical issues that needed to be addressed. Angie recommended PDI Service Group. They called me on Wednesday and I explained what's going on which included a non-functioning fan light, problems with fluorescent kitchen lights, failure of the LED lights in a closet and a broken outlet. Literally I had Eric Moncada from PDI out within an hour to look at everything and give me an estimate. The charge for coming out was only $29. If I decided to do work with PDI, the $29 would then be deducted from the total amount to be paid. Eric came out today and with an hour and a half or so fixed three of the items. The fan light could not be repaired because I purchased the wrong light fixture. Not his fault, my bad. Cost was very reasonable I feel for his skills and the work that was done everything is back to normal. I will replace the fan and light. He was very friendly and professional. We've engaged PDI Electrical several times over the past few years to remove old outdoor fixtures and then install all new exterior lighting and outlets, after we had a new metal roof and new Hardie siding installed. PDI electricians have also done some work in our bathrooms. We've had great work from the PDI Electrical team - so when we had a plumbing issue we contacted the PDI Plumbing team. The professional who came, Carlos Martinez, exceeded expectations. He was prompt for arrival, thorough in his work, and easy to talk to (obviously a very experienced plumbing professional). Our issue was our water heater - the pilot light was out and we couldn't get the pilot igniter to work. Carlos got the igniter to work, and then checked the overall condition of the water heater (it's at least 10 years old) and discussed replacing it in the near future. When we do replace the water heater, our 'go-to' will be PDI and Carlos. read more

Very pleased. Eric gave me a very good price in writing. Told me what he was going to do and that if anything came up after opening ceiling the additional cost wouldn't be more than $300. After opening and inspecting, he determined then would have to go another way. Gave me options including an inexpensive way to address it. HE STOOD BY HIS QUOTE. Called before he arrived. Polite and professional. Project did not take as long as I had expected. Had me review his work, and ensured everything worked before departing. Very happy.
