He provided a quote on the spot and the prices were reasonable for the amount of work requested. The team showed up early the following week and worked at warp speed. They replaced the roof on the garage and repaired sections of rotting fascia. They added soffit vents and roof vents to the garage and the house. Super professional. They just came to my house to give me an estimate on a roof repair. They arrived as scheduled. Introduced themselves with their business cards and immediately started an inspection. They took numerous photos and showed me what issues were causing the problem. Every other company I have had for an estimate has not even got up on the roof! They also included a gutter clean (which I needed) in the price that was $200 cheaper than the lowest estimate I received. They came and fixed my roof today and took pictures and texted me along the way because I had to work. In addition to the roof repair they cleaned my gutters and I had them install gutter guards. They came out and gave an estimate for 4 skylights, 4 roof vents and possibly a motorized vent, but after that, they never called or came back-- I left messages, but no return. They seemed professional enough, but why waste the time to do the estimate and no follow up? At least call to say that you are too busy, or the job isn't big enough or whatever... read more

If I could give this company 10 stars I would. They were very professional came the next day after we called and gave us a quote. They came two days later to install the gutters and they looked great. We were already very impressed with the work and professionalism. About 3 weeks later during a terrible it looked like the gutter was overflowing so we called and told them. Elias answered the phone and came over in the middle of the storm. Embarrassingly enough our gutter was clogged with airplanes from the tree!! He cleaned every SINGLE gutter!!! I was so thankful and they couldn't have been any kinder. I used La Roca for a Tuckpointing, roofing and gutter job. They were on time and their work was awesome. They had their masks on and they offered to let me come up to the roof to show me the problems on the roof. I'm a bit scared of heights so they took extensive pictures and showed me the poor workmanship of others. They corrected everything took more pictures to show what they had done. Totally awesome work no more hanging gutters no more water running all over and the tuckpointing looks awesome it is a great feeling to get what you pay for. Pricing was extremely competitive and for the quality of work Great. I showed my mother their pictures and she used them on her house again tuckpointing at it finest. Amazing. After being given the run around by another company, I got lucky and called La Roca. Eli was communicative and reliable. I needed a roof vent cap replaced, and they were able to do it even though the roof was covered in snow/ice... Eli and Ines showed up when they said they would (and even gave 30 min notice), and replaced the cap efficiently (they brought their own ladders and everything, they are insured). Fair and upfront pricing, no surprise at the end. Really appreciate both of them for coming on short notice. Will go to them for all future roof/chimney/gutter/skylight needs. Thanks, La Roca! We needed some wood soffit/siding replaced and out of three companies, La Roca was the only one to give me a quote and do a thorough inspection. The quote and follow through were very reasonable. Besides not having the siding paint match 100%, you can still hardly tell the pieces were replaced, and now it looks much better than before! I would highly recommend La Roca to anyone, because I know how hard it can be to find trust worthy companies that will follow through with what they say. I ended up not having work done, but was truly impressed by the responsiveness and honesty that I received. I had inquired about repairs requested after an inspection for a sale of the house. I was told that there was nothing wrong with the roof and the requested tuckpointing was not essential. The sale ended up falling through for other reasons, and a new inspection for a different buyer did not disclose any issues with roof or tuckpointing. I truly appreciate the response that I received and the fact that LaRocca Roofing made no attempt whatsoever to take advantage of the situation. The responded immediately to my request for a quote. Came out on the agreed day and time. Were extremely professional and courteous. We are older so we couldn't get on the roof to see the damage, so he took pictures and showed us then explained what needed to be repaired. We were so confident as that point we asked him when he could start. He said the next week, but called on Friday of the same week had what he needed and asked if it was okay to come out that day.
