Pasta fritta - a kind of non sweet savory donut with meat. Also forgot the bean and lard soup, just for starters. Mains consisted of polenta with ambietta sauce, tagliatelle al chinielle, an interesting dish followed by wild dear. Which was probably a bit too much at this time, as we had also had a litre plus of homemade wine. The bill shockingly came to 45 euros.
