Cardio includes roughly 42 treadmills, 4 stair climbers, recumbent bikes, upright Bikes, ellipticals, and arc trainers. There is a side room that is sometimes closed off for "30 minute workouts", another side room with more equipment and a back side room which is also sometimes closed for very beginner level "personal workout sessions" with a trainer. There are plenty of stationary weight machines throughout the gym. There are 4 smith machines that I wish weren't locked on an angle. They also have some free weight dumbbells. If you have a black card the gym offers tanning, haircuts, and two different massage chairs. There is a male and female locker room with lockers, showers, and toilets. Overall I enjoy coming to this gym on a daily basis. There are times when the gym feels dirty, whether it's people leaving paper towels all over the place or dust/ hair/ broken acrylic nails on the ground. Other times I get annoyed when it's 45-60 minutes before closing time and the employees start turning off lights and turning off TVs.

I don't reside in Puerto Rico and the management knew this when I sign up for a non-commitment (which they basically trick me in signing) which states that I can cancel 3 days after I pay and sign. Took me 3 weeks for them be able to assist me in the cancellation. And they had the balls to tell me that since there was no proof of them not being able to assist me I needed to pay an extra month which I am not going to be using the facilities. I ask them as a courtesy of 2 weeks for another month for when I come back on Vacation and they say NO. I ended paying around $360 for a month of workout. Completeeeeeeeeeeee Rip Off. LIV has a bad reputation of doing this! Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else!

HCOA NEVER have enough wipes to clean equipment. The Yoga class it's the worst ever unless you like "sleepy yoga" the staff is not there to help u unless you pay for their service xtra $. No water refill bottle station jut a regular water fountain...hope it got a filter ...maybe. But the worst is not WIFi and your phone might not get service so I had to change phone carriers. During the lockdown #hcoa charged my card. A positive note, people are very nice and are willing to share tips n encourement but staff let them know their disapproval. #hcoa it's just a gym with air-conditioning.
