I went to the front desk and mentioned it to the girl on duty, and she gave me a look and said, "It's number 4." I went back, but it still wouldn't turn on. I returned to the counter and told her, "Excuse me, it seems like my presence bothers you a little, but the machine still isn't working." She repeated, "Ma'am, it's number 4." I told her I knew which one number 4 was. She finally walked with me to the machine, and it turned out it was broken. She then said, "Use number 5." But that one didn't turn on either. I went back to the counter to let her know, and she sighed. I told her, "Don't worry," and I left. I honestly feel the way I was treated was unfair. Cardio includes roughly 42 treadmills, 4 stair climbers, recumbent bikes, upright Bikes, ellipticals, and arc trainers. There is a side room that is sometimes closed off for "30 minute workouts", another side room with more equipment and a back side room which is also sometimes closed for very beginner level "personal workout sessions" with a trainer. There are plenty of stationary weight machines throughout the gym. There are 4 smith machines that I wish weren't locked on an angle. They also have some free weight dumbbells. If you have a black card the gym offers tanning, haircuts, and two different massage chairs. There is a male and female locker room with lockers, showers, and toilets. Overall I enjoy coming to this gym on a daily basis. There are times when the gym feels dirty, whether it's people leaving paper towels all over the place or dust/ hair/ broken acrylic nails on the ground. Other times I get annoyed when it's 45-60 minutes before closing time and the employees start turning off lights and turning off TVs.

You can ask for fitness trainers that is included in your membership as black card member, but you have to schedule in advance to let them know you are coming that day. This planet fitness is located in Rexville Center which means free parking and feels much safer in this area. It's right next to K-mart. Cons: smells plastic when you walk in but it dies down after a while. No classes , no pool, no jacuzzi or steam room.
