I told her I knew which one number 4 was. She finally walked with me to the machine, and it turned out it was broken. She then said, "Use number 5." But that one didn't turn on either. They continue to charge you while you are trying to cancel your membership. Then, they try to collect an asinine amount of money where they claim you owe interest and cancellation fees. For two months of gym use, they have already charged me $400. I am currently fighting them and I refuse to pay another dime. This company needs to be shut down. It is more akin to a criminal extortion racket than a gym. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I had a scheduled appointment and, due to unexpected delays, arrived 6 minutes late. I fully understand that lateness policies exist; however, over a single minute past the usual 5-minute grace period, the stylist flatly refused to serve me. What is unacceptable and inconsistent is that on multiple occasions I have arrived completely on time, only for the stylist herself not to be ready to see me right away. It is disrespectful that punctuality and grace periods are only enforced in one direction, but not applied when the delay comes from the establishment's staff. I have been a loyal client of Planet for 8 years and have never faced such a rigid and inconsiderate situation. Quality customer service requires empathy and good judgment to handle isolated incidents involving frequent clients who do not habitually arrive late. This incident leaves a very bad taste and impacts my perception of the loyalty the business shows to long-standing clients. I request that you address this matter, reevaluate the customer service being offered at this branch, and take the appropriate corrective measures.
