What's unique about Armando is he customizes the workouts to your age, stage and body. He also goes the extra mile to stretch you and work on problem areas. He's very knowledgable, personable and motivating. He also is a good example of fitness, flexibility and lifestyle. Don't let the lack of machines or bar bells rack you out. I learned improvements to some exercises I have been doing for years. I've only been going for three weeks, and I already see noticeable changes in myself.
