Caution to other business owner's who are considering LA SEO Service - Do not waste your time or money with this company. I was initially very excited to work with them. Kelly was very professional and sent a very detailed proposal. They had lot's of positive Yelp reviews. Everything seemed like it was going to go great and then I got a taste of what it was like to actually work with them. 1) They initially quoted me 14 days to complete my simple website and development began in October. It took 6 months to build! 6 months! Website was not finished until April of 2017. Their response times were extremely slow, their drafts were riddled with bugs and did not resemble mock-ups, we literally had to handhold them for 7 months straight and they took absolutely no iniative. They had no in-house developer so all changes took forever. They initially built our website an out of date clunky wordpress plugin which was very difficult to manage ourselves. To their credit, they realized the theme they suggested was awful and rebuilt it on a better theme. 2) There are a lot of factors that influence Google rankings, but the top two are a link building campaign and properly setting up your website architecture to maximize rankings for your keywords. Other than installing a simple SEO plug-in they did not do ANY website architecture work. SEO basics such as properly tagging/optimizing Images, placing keywords in headers, and many other basics weren't even touched. This was extremely disappointing to learn as I paid this company over $4000, and the supposed experts did not even take care of the basics. Several other professional SEO companies have reviewed our back-end code and laughed at how poorly it was done. I am now facing a bill of $1500 from another company to fix the site architecture and properly optimize it based on our keywords. If you're a business owner is looking to grow your business, look elsewhere. I wish someone had told me this before I wasted my time with them. read more
