I realize that their focus is on much higher priced rugs, but they still should meet very basic minimums. They said our rug would come on Friday a week after we ordered it. It never came. We called and asked what was happening. They said that it didn't pass their quality check and a new one would come the next Monday. We called on Monday and they said it would come Tuesday and we could come get it. I reminded them that I had already paid for them to deliver it, and he asked who I was again. I'm not sure how he was quoting a delivery day when he didn't even know who the customer was. When the rug was finally delivered, it is flawed. It is a geometric symmetrical pattern which isn't symmetrical. I have called, and asked for it to be replaced. He told me to text pictures and they would "make it right". Four days later and checking in one more time, I am still waiting. I wish we had bought elsewhere. If this were a cheap rug I bought from Amazon, I wouldn't complain, but a rug from a rug store should match the one you picked out in their showroom.

    Contacted EM Print Studio with just days before my deadline and in 30 minutes Eli had my shirts…read moreordered and timeline locked in so my project would be finished in time. They followed up with emails and confirmed my order and then hand delivered my shirts in person and on time. The print came out flawless and vibrant and no detail was overlooked. The result was exactly as I had hoped for. EM Print Studio is a stand out when it comes to personal service and pride in their finished work. It was our first time making merchandise in a while, and quality was a priority for us. Originally we tried ordering some samples from somewhere else, an online print-on-demand site. We had heard good things about the convenience of print-on-demand, but when the samples arrived we were really disappointed. The colors were off and muted, smaller text and lines came out blurry, and some of the graphics came out misshapen. We decided to try working with a local print shop instead. I called a few of the bigger print shops in downtown LA that I had heard of, but on the phone I got the impression that they prioritized significantly bigger orders. I felt that my small business needs would not be given as much attention. I turned to Yelp to find an even more local business in the Pasadena area. After reading great reviews for EM Print Studio, I gave them a call. Eli picked up right away and took the time to answer all of my questions on the phone. I was able to send him an image of my design right away. Once we agreed to some of the parameters for the project, he scheduled me in on short notice for an in-person consultation. During the consult, Eli brought examples of the options for printing on t-shirts and explained everything to me. As someone who is new to making t-shirts, I found it extremely helpful to be able to see it in-person and also feel the texture of the garments. Eli was generous with his time and it was clear he knew his stuff. I felt confident that my order would be in good hands. He sent over a quote that same day and turned around my order in record time. After we had wasted all that time with the print-on-demand company, we were behind on our timeline to get the shirts to our students but thanks to Eli we got it done. The quality of the shirts is amazing. Truly a night-and-day difference from the print-on-demand samples. The colors are bright and every detail looks crisp and clean. Exactly what we were hoping for. We are very satisfied and will definitely be ordering more merchandise for our students from Eli. Highly recommend!

    Life savers! I had…read morean unfinished project from another printer and called Print on All to see if they could accommodate the job. He was so nice and professional, was able to take care of the job, and I was out of there in under 30 minutes. I would usually schedule ahead, but this was a slight emergency, so I very much appreciated that they could help me out. Will be back!

    Part I: Production of Service…read more I drove by this business for weeks as it appeared often closed. I finally stopped by and went to check---to my surprise it was open. We had a delightful conversation about my trials and attempts to visit store w/ making very general advisements to make his business appear open. I told him I consult businesses on this very matter. But, I did not come to "consult" just to share my experiences as a [Consultant] to further qualify my advisements and recommendations. See Photos [initial greetings, directions and instructions pertaining to my order, and "follow-up" email. I NEVER heard from the person, manager, store owner. There was no consideration for "the time" taken to drive by and walk-in, to engage in conversation, briefly and to offer no explanation for choosing not to accept the order, request and my business--is disgraceful, dismissive and unfair. I found the owner, Haig to be timid, shallow and clearly not a sufficient communicator, a skill which I require before I accept any business. I'm glad, Haig, the owner revealed himself beforehand. Buyer Beware Part II: Customer Service [ ZERO Stars ] Haig, owner of PrintOnAll--did no work. So therefore, are no "stars" to be earned. Haig, failed the customer before providing service to his customer. This is often an unprofessional small and big business pattern to "forfeit consumer relationship" before "the relationship" begins. This type of business merchant will have no problem "coming from behind the curtain" to dispute my observations and defend his character by his mis-handling of both business decisions and dealings. BUYER BEWARE-- customer comes before service and communication before business. I wish Haig good business leadership and encourage him to work on his social skills and business practices. My consulting tip: the sustainability of business is determined by establishing a social relation with your customer before a transactional relationship with their cash or credit. "Staying in business" is predicated upon "doing business later--not now" "repeat business" walk-ins and referrals--you should give absolute priority to explain yourself and allow the customer to be apart of the process to assist in the improvement and repairing of the relationship between both the business merchant and customer. To learn "what kind of customer" I am "after-the-fact" is a total loss for us both. Whether or not, you wanted my money--I still had money to spend for services I still needed. Haig, as a former potential customer, I was setting the stage--to ensure my customer satisfaction with your products and services--not yours. Good luck.
