I told them this is a spare phone I don't need a new phone it was my spare that I needed the battery changed that is all. Save your money and your time and go somewhere else. Oh and also the last message they told me was that there is always a risk in fixing phones that they could break it, funny I just needed the battery changed that's all. Why the hell did they not tell me that in the first place. Again go somewhere else people, with service like that you are better off breaking your phone on your own.

I had some major issues with my laptop and he installed a new SSD hard drive for me and gave me a really good price. He literally saved me thousands of dollars. My laptop is almost 10 years old and runs like it's new. I don't know if this is still in effect but when I was last there a while ago he offered a 15% discount if you paid cash. This is an honest business, go here for your cellphone or computer needs! If I'd listened to other people's advice, I would have bought a new tv over 10 years ago, I would have replaced my digital thermometer, bought a new coffee maker etc., got a new turntable. With regards to my turntable that is about 40 years old, I asked him if I would be better off buying one of those that he had on display, and he told me that mine was better, explained what features made it better, and that he would call be with an estimate. He did so the next day, and the repair was very inexpensive. If you want your items to last as long as possible, and not create more junk for the trash piles of the planet, getting things fixed is definitely better. He'll tell you if it's not worth repairing, and the estimate is free (in my experience).
