Shortly after, another staff member treated us coldly and told us that without a reservation we would not be served, despite what we had just been told. Our table was not prepared while others around us were. The lack of coordination between staff and the dismissive tone were disappointing. Our children were confused and upset by the interaction. One person at the bar was kind, but overall the experience was not welcoming. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this place.

They insist that's the recipe and even though I didn't eat the dish since all I can taste was super salty eggy cold pasta and honestly the most disgusting thing ever, they still charged us for it because they insisted that's how carbonara is made. The carbonara in Hotel Dolimiti across the street was one of the best I've ever had and I think they can learn a thing or two from their neighbor. The servers also seemed to hate their jobs and their customers so the vibe was stressful
