My business partner's short rib was short on the rib but still tasted good. You're not even a one Michelin-star restaurant to command these prices for the portion. I do not mind paying more but not for these portion sizes, $105 without the cocktail, no thank you. The fine dining experience is overrated in today's market. The abundance of room to dance, as well as state of the art LEDs and visual displays, along with some terrific sound systems gave me the second wind I needed to stay near closing time.
