Last night we received a check to reimburse our costs from the vet. I still question the quality of care here, but it was solid move on her part to try and make it right financially. 02/02/2018:I'm seething right now! My dog went into this groomers in the morning with both eyes perfectly fine. I got home this evening after my husband picked him up to find that they has shaves over his eye, or at the very least cut too close to it, removing good portion of his eyelashes . His eye is severely swollen, red, and over watery. I now have to take him to the vet tomorrow.

They may hate to be groomed, but loved the playtime with her dogs while they were there. Alicia has closed her business and moved out of state per her relationship and someone else has moved into her spot and it now has a different name. THIS IS NOT THE SAME BUSINESS AND SHE DIDN'T TRAIN ALICIA. I haven't gone there but I've talked to her myself and didn't get that same caring feeling that I'm use to I also haven't heard good things about her in particular. She looks like she's cashing in on Alicia's old clients. It'll be hard to find a groomer that will drive to your house to shave your physically challenged cat's belly or who will cry when your old dog passes because she truly loved him. Where ever and if she ever opens a new salon in her new home, they will be truly lucky.

My yorkie was there for 4 hours and I had a very bad feeling. Long story short, when I picked her up noone told me they hurt her. After we got home, we realized her eye was cut as well as her ear. We wound up at the animal emergency clinic. Addicted to Pets didn't acknowledge my voice message, and was not honest when I visited her in person. All I asked for was half of the emergency visit bill, which she has not paid, This has been a horrendous experience and I do NOT recommend Addicted to Pets on Camano.

We asked where they took there dogs to get groomed and they raved about Pets Ahoy. So we gave them a shot and now we bring them here one a month. All three pups come out looking amazing and they are super fast getting them groomed. Usually in two hours all three are done. Our other groomer took all day meaning we would have to drop them off at 8am and usually get a call around 3-4pm to pick them up. Pets Ahoy Grooming is super close to our Camano Houses which makes us love bringing them here. Prices are reasonable compared to the other groomers we tried in Downtown Arlington.
