As for service, the Dutch girl I encountered was nice. I ordered through the app in case there was a line. When I arrived I picked up my drink at the designated window. I didn't notice a line at the pick-up window nor the drive-thru! I'm not surprised as the coffee has been underwhelming lately. The best item I got was a pre-packaged lemon muffin top. It's processed but undeniably the best item at the moment. Starbucks and Dunkin' have WAY better food items. SJ's Dutch Bros. Is quiet and easy to navigate.
