We also had the Agua Chile. This is a spicy meal, so if you can't take the heat, stay away from this one! The heat of the spices was balanced by the coolness of the dish. The sauce has a strong cilantro flavor (which I'm a fan of). We were the only people in the restaurant at 4 pm, so there wasn't any competition for service, but, our server was very friendly and checked on us frequently.
